Pros:

The stay was comfortable and relaxing, everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. The location is great being in a quiet neighbourhood whilst still being accessible to a number of great local spots.

Fabulous stylish small hotel we absolutely loved!
Pros:

We travel overseas frequently and this has been one of our most favourite hotels ever. We booked the one bedroom with the Japanese garden and it was the size of a small apartment. Beautifully appointed with very thoughtful touches. Staff and location fabulous. An 8/10 minute walk to the subway and not much further to the Nishiki market. We loved the residential area its located in and plenty of convenience stores nearby for delicious snacks.

Great hotel, very nice and helpful staff. Very spacious, cozy room number, we enjoyed our stay here

Cons:

There is no restaurant for breakfast/dinner in the hotel, they serve food in the room. Breakfast options are very limited and you have to order breakfast well in advance.

Pros:

Very respectful and professional staff. Clean spacious room well-equipped with kitchenette, laundry, separate bathroom and shower rooms, a living room, bedroom, and entryway. Most comfortable beds we slept on in our entire Japan trip.

Do not stay anywhere but here! You won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

The property looks like it’s brand new! The amenities were fantastic, including washer, dryer , Nespresso machine etc. Spacious rooms as well. The location was perfect! Quiet, but within cool shopping and eateries. Finally, the staff was helpful and kind.
