Pros:

交通方面稍有距離，若是帶長輩同行，會比較建議包車或搭乘計程車。

外出時需將鑰匙交給櫃檯，回來再向櫃檯領取
只有在你外出並交還鑰匙後，櫃檯才會知道房間可進入，才能進行打掃或收垃圾

從入口走進去會先經過一段造景，不會一眼就看到內部或外部空間，有良好的遮蔽感與過渡感，這點真的很加分。
內部的室內造景，下雪時會非常漂亮，有如水晶球
外部的風格配色也非常漂亮，下雪時別有一番風味
一樓門口外側設有吸菸區

【住宿體驗】
● 二個30吋行李箱可直接攤開不卡空間
● 每天都有人員協助清理垃圾和鋪床
● 離開玄關在客廳、臥室、洗衣房地板皆地毯
● 無穿拖鞋直接踩踏也非常舒適
● 補品皆每日補足，提供進口水
● 重點，隔音很棒，入住五日隔壁房也有人入住，並沒有聽到吹風機或說話聲
● 房內有便條紙，如果想交代事情語言不同可先用翻譯填寫在紙上留給房務人員
● 洗衣機請開到強，才烘的乾，衣服量二人為佳

【額外驚喜】
● 入住時，桌上有提供一點手工餅乾的迎賓禮。
● 媽媽到外面看雪，進來後，櫃台人員立即拿毛巾幫媽媽擦拭，不是只給毛巾讓媽媽自己擦，這點真的超越好多家高價飯店的服務。
● 我們住了五天，飯店提供一份小小伴手禮，因為我們是一張訂單訂二間房，是按照訂單數為主，只有一份。
● 任何問題詢問，沒有敷衍式回答，整體感受超出日式高標準服務。

【小小遺憾】
在台灣買的免稅品在飯店不見。詢問櫃檯，並請他們協助詢問打掃人員，大約沒多久後致電至房內，說皆是沒有看到，雖然影響一部分心情，但整體從房務人員到櫃檯人員，早班到大夜班都服務很好。

Amazing location and beautiful large rooms.
Pros:

Amazing location with so many cool restaurants and shops. Just a short walk from Kyoto National Garden also. This is the second time we have stayed here as we loved it so much.

I like this accommodation and surprised with the breakfast.

I like this accommodation. Very nice.

Cons:

I been asked to pay extra 10% when arrive the hotel on the day and it was accommodation tax. I was bit confused but understood after they explained to me. Even though, I suggest they can include this charge within the room rate not charge when the guests arrive your property. Then the guests can compare and decide where to stay before they arrive.

Beautiful hotel, spacious and ideal for a week in Kyoto
Pros:

Very comfortable suite, we also had a garden view which was lovely. Suite is well designed, with a separate bedroom, toilet, shower/bathroom, walk-in robe/storage/laundry, kitchenette with lounge.

Lobby is very nicely scented and beautiful itself with a zen garden.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer bzw. Appartment. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Zur nächsten U-Bahn sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst zuvorkommend. Es war wundervoll!

אהבנו את קיוטו ואת המלון נשמח לחזור.
Pros:

מלון בוטיק מושקע מאוד. הכל מחושב ומתוכנן לפרטים קטנים. היינו ביחידת משפחה עם 2 חדרי שינה סלון מטבח חדר כביסה. דירה מושלמת ברמה גבוה.

Cons:

המיקום רחוק מהמרכז הפועם הליכה של כ 15 דקות. אבל לא נורא למי שלא מפריע מעט הליכה. ליד המלון מבחר גדול של איזאקיות מסעדות יפניות וברים יפים ומושקעים.
