Quality rooms with first rate service and easy walking distance to fabulous restaurants and shopping mall
Pros:

Staff were first rate, room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. We spent 4 nights here and had everything we needed. Best hotel we stayed in whilst in Japan. Good location in quiet street and easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and temples. Felt like home.

Perfect and perfect location and neighborhood
Pros:

The room was huuuuge which is rare for Japan. Everything super clean and a lot of space. The location and the area were perfect and amazing. Highly recommend

Amazing stay at this residence hotel!

Wonderful room with 2 separate bedrooms. Really liked the in-unit washer/dryer, area was very central and very quiet.

Приятный семейный отель, в тихом районе, не далеко от станции. Мы снимали номер двое взрослых с ребенком 13 лет, ребенок разместился на отдельной кровати представленной отелем. Все было аккуратно, чисто, были все необходимые косметические принадлежности. Кровати были удобные, халаты, пижамы удобные. Завтрак приносили в номер в заранее назначенное время . Вокруг много достойный ресторанов с вкусной кухней, десертами.

Cons:

Первый завтрак принесли со свининой, мы ее не едим, после того как мы об этом сказали, таких проблем не было )
Завтраки сытные, вкусные.

交通方面稍有距離，若是帶長輩同行，會比較建議包車或搭乘計程車。

外出時需將鑰匙交給櫃檯，回來再向櫃檯領取
只有在你外出並交還鑰匙後，櫃檯才會知道房間可進入，才能進行打掃或收垃圾

從入口走進去會先經過一段造景，不會一眼就看到內部或外部空間，有良好的遮蔽感與過渡感，這點真的很加分。
內部的室內造景，下雪時會非常漂亮，有如水晶球
外部的風格配色也非常漂亮，下雪時別有一番風味
一樓門口外側設有吸菸區

● 二個30吋行李箱可直接攤開不卡空間
● 每天都有人員協助清理垃圾和鋪床
● 離開玄關在客廳、臥室、洗衣房地板皆地毯
● 無穿拖鞋直接踩踏也非常舒適
● 補品皆每日補足，提供進口水
● 重點，隔音很棒，入住五日隔壁房也有人入住，並沒有聽到吹風機或說話聲
● 房內有便條紙，如果想交代事情語言不同可先用翻譯填寫在紙上留給房務人員
● 洗衣機請開到強，才烘的乾，衣服量二人為佳

【額外驚喜】
● 入住時，桌上有提供一點手工餅乾的迎賓禮。
● 媽媽到外面看雪，進來後，櫃台人員立即拿毛巾幫媽媽擦拭，不是只給毛巾讓媽媽自己擦，這點真的超越好多家高價飯店的服務。
● 我們住了五天，飯店提供一份小小伴手禮，因為我們是一張訂單訂二間房，是按照訂單數為主，只有一份。
● 任何問題詢問，沒有敷衍式回答，整體感受超出日式高標準服務。

【小小遺憾】
在台灣買的免稅品在飯店不見。詢問櫃檯，並請他們協助詢問打掃人員，大約沒多久後致電至房內，說皆是沒有看到，雖然影響一部分心情，但整體從房務人員到櫃檯人員，早班到大夜班都服務很好。

看到此篇心得，離房後請將房內大致上的歸位跟整理，不要將垃圾亂丟，將不要的垃圾丟置垃圾桶，做一個良好的旅人很重要喔^^
