The staff were very welcoming and happy to help. The layout of room was great and size of the rooms were very generous, The beds were the best we had in Japan. If I was to return to Tokyo I wouldn't look anywhere else. Location, even though away from tourist area, was not far to walk, and you had the bonus of more local places to eat and drink nearby.

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic - the hotel is on a quiet road, very central and close to loads of great restaurants and cafes. You can easily walk to all the main sights, but without being right in the middle of all the crowds, which was perfect.

Our room was large and had everything we needed, including a storage room(!) and a very comfy mattress. Breakfast was delivered straight to our room. The hotel and our room were also - and I really can’t emphasise this enough - spotless. We’ve rarely stayed in places where everything felt this incredibly clean, and it was definitely on par with much more expensive hotels.

The staff were excellent - warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful.

All in all, this was definitely one of our best accommodations in Japan. We’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Prekrasan apartman u kojem je sve na izuzetno visokoj razini: velika soba, walk in garderoba, doručak u sobi točno u vrijeme koje odredite. I ogroman, preudoban bračni krevet. Osoblje ljubazno i uslužno. Cijeli boravak bez ijedne zamjerke, uvijek bi se vratili.

There was everything to like about this hotel, which in fact is half hotel, half apartment. The bed is amazing so big and comfy, everything you could possibly need, like iron, clothes airing rack, living room, so much space, TV, large walk in wardrobe and a magnificent bathroom with a deep bath. Staff were amazing and they deliver breakfast to your room each morning.

A beautiful, spacious and well designed accommodation which is in a lovely quiet but central location. So nice to have a dressing room, washing machine and dryer. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

The staff's kindness and attention to detail really set this place apart. Breakfast delivered to the room and the daily housekeeping service were both top-notch.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The room was massive and quiet, everything was so clean and the bed was to-die-for comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night but had I known how good it was going to be, I would have stayed our whole trip here!

Cleanliness, style, aroma, personnel and location are 10/10. Perfect value and vibes
