Pros:

It says it have a 24h reception, which is not true. It has 24h check in, but that is not the same

Kleinigkeiten machen einen Unterschied
Pros:

Das Fenster war den ganzen Tag gekippt. Nach meiner Monierung wurde es tagsüber geschlossen. Als aber ein neues Bett ins Zimmer kam, wurde das Fenster erneut gekippt und stand offen. Ich musste es bei meiner Rückkehr wieder schließen.
Zum Frühstück sollte es auch Naturjoghurt und Vollkornbrötchen geben.

Pros:

Dreckiges Zimmer. Habe ne staub Allergie und das foto zeigt es... Feder von Matratze hat gestochen und das nicht weil sie hart war sondern weil sie durch die Matratze durch ging. Hat nichts mit den Bildern zutun...

Pros:

wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen das wir gebucht haben. Morgens gab es dann 10%Ermäßigung auf den Zimmerpreis und einen Kaffee, das war ok.

Pros:

Es war nicht das was ich gebucht habe. Das Wasser lief nicht in der Dusche ab und im Waschbecken. Es gab keinen Badewanne!
