Séjour agréable permettant de belles excursions avec la carte Ticino remise par l'établissement.
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare et du centre-ville. Parking extérieur dédié à l’hôtel parfait
Bon petit déjeuner : propose œuf à la coque à la demande – Bonne charcuterie. Grande chambre moderne avec petit balcon – Climatisation neuve OK – Minibar – Accueil très chaleureux par Giacomo – Boissons chaudes à disposition pour les clients prenant le petit déjeuner inclus.
La Ticino Card remise par l'établissement permet de nombreuses excursions avec des réductions très intéressantes et les transports gratuits.

Persönlicher Empfang an der Reception mit dem Besitzer! Hatte Zeit für Gespräche und Infos! Gutes Frühstück mit Ambiente. Tolle Lage für Leute mit ÖV!!

Für 1Nacht war der Aufenthalt gut.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage gleich neben dem Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich

Cons:

Die Dusche war beschädigt. Es wurde ein Klebeband angebracht am Boden der Dusche, um einen Riss zu bedecken. Natürlich ist das Wasser trotzdem aus der Dusche ins Badezimmer geflossen. Schade dass man Zimmer vermietet, ohne solche Schäden zu reparieren. Ich habe aus Goodwill darauf verzichtet, mein Geld zurück zu verlangen. Ich hoffe das Hotel lernt daraus
