Fırstly ı reserved wıth Expedıa , they called me we dont have place for you cause we re full,then they we ordered food they saıd we re sorry we do not have , and servıs boy was very latte, ın the mornıng for breakfast they saıd ıt ıs ıncluded but no although they dıdnt brıng tea we paıd 30 azn.
They re not hosbıtıbıl, they dont organıse when they have more clıent and they say sorry we have more clıent we have not got enoıgh food

Unprofessional Service and attitude.
Pros:

Very Unprofessional. They cancelled our booking without informing us. More so Hotels.com also failed to inform us. We reached the property early morning and it was cold but property refused to checked us in. Had to go through great deal of agony as we had noght long flight and 3 hour overnight drive to reach property and not to mention that we were travelling with small boy of 8 years age.
As the property was in the middle of Forest our guide had to made lot of efforts to find suitable property which could accommodate us.
EVEN THE ROLE OF HOTELS.COM WAS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. WHEN I CALLED HOTELS.COM, THEY KEPT ME ON HOLD JUST TO INFORM THAT HOW SORRY THEY ARE. MOST DISAPPOINTING WAS THE APPROACH AND THE SENSITIVITY HOTELS.COM EMPLOYEES EXHIBITED ON THE WHOLE TOPIC.
My recommendation would be dont just believe properties listed in Hotels.com and book hotels directly.

المكان جميل الاكواخ نظيفة الخدمة ممتازة لكن الحاجز اللغة مافيه أحد يتكلم انجليزي وفيه شخص بالاستقبال اسمه وقار تعامله جداً راقي
