Pros:

Asukoht oli hea, rand oli kohe ühel pool uksest.Teiselpool kohe linn.
Terassi vaade oli suurepärane.
Korter oli avar ja üldpildis ilus.

Cons:

Mere äärest tulles olid jalad liivased ja kusagil polnud puhtaks teha ja see oli must liiv veel ukse ees.Viibisime pikalt ja prügi pold kuhugi viia õue ära. Kohvik/baar vms all korrusel ei tööta. Oleks võinud harigi olla toas kuna 4 päeva liivases keskonnas toob palju liiva tuppa ja on ebamugav kui koristada ei saa.
Pott jättis soovida isegi vee keetmiseks ja veekeetjat ka polnud.

Very bad value for money.
Pros:

The view from the room was good. Nice seeing the surfboard riders.

Cons:

The ground floor was a construction site and the drilling noises went late into the night!
There was no restaurant. It was in the construction area.
There was water pouring loudly from 3 sides of the roof, down the sides of the building all day and night. So we didn’t sleep well at all with all that noise.
There was wet brown paint in the room which stained my clothing.

The only good thing about this place is the view. The room was comfortable

Cons:

Multiple issues...no hot water, half the power plugs didn't work, lamp didn't work as power plug for it didn't work, sheets were torn, bathroom smells, restaurant under renovation so listening to renovations. We had to ask them to stop renovations at 10 pm and then call the owner to ask again to stop the noise. Located on the main street so beachfront for views but not a swimming beach. Power goes off when you leave the room so fridge wasn't useful. When talked to the owner about issues, he was no help. After checkout, I went back to check for something and the person who was supposed to be cleaning the room was laying on the sofa on his phone! The lobby pictures are all old. Doesn't look anything like that

Pros:

You can not find a closer apartment to the beach than this one. Literally over the water, the view is amazing. My second time here and I’ll be back. Thanks to the staff who are also amazing. Great value for money.

Machbar aber es geht auch besser.
Pros:

Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und auf tollen Tellern.
Unser Apartment war sehr geräumig und hatte einen tollen Balkon direkt am Meer.
Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr Hilfsbereit bei der Parkplatzsituation und allgemein sehr freundlich.
Für Surfer ein toller Spot.
Die Bäder waren voll funktionsfähig. Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren haben funktioniert und der Kühlschrank war sehr kalt und geräumig.

Cons:

Am ersten Abend wollten wir um 19:45 (das Restaurant hat bis 21 Uhr geöffnet) im Restaurant essen, widerwillig durften wir uns setzten und unsere Bestellung wurde aufgenommen. Nachdem dann mehrfach Ratten über die Terasse gelaufen sind (woran vermutlich die danebengelegene Müllhalde und der Fischmarkt dran Schuld sind)und wir gebeten wurde oben zu essen, haben wir auf unserem Zimmer gegessen.
Bei der Benutzung des Waschbeckens im Bad wurde dann eine Schabe hochgespült.
Eins unserer Kissen war leider schimmelig, es gab jedoch 2 pro Person, weshalb ich dann einfach das andere genommen habe.
Die Nacht war sehr unruhig weil sowohl die Straße als auch das Meer extrem laut waren.
Am nächsten Morgen haben wir um 8:15 Frühstück bestellt (was wieder nur widerwillig entgegen genommen wurde weil das Frühstücksangebot nur bis 09:00 gilt).
Nach 45min wurde uns dann der Kaffee in die Hand gedrückt und mitgeteilt, dass es gerade keine Avocados für die Avocadotoasts gibt "es ist keine Avocadoseason ist" (wir waren im September hier und überall am Straßenrand konnte man Avocados kaufen). Wir haben dann auf das Frühstück verzichtet.
Am Abend wollten wir dann auf dem Parkpalatz gegenüber parken, da uns dieser vom Hotel genannt wurde. Leider gab es da ein paar Unstimmigkeiten (was wohl an neuem Personal liegt), wir haben dann wieder am Straßenrand vor dem Hotel geparkt.
Später am Abend ist durch unser Apartment dann eine 8cm lange Kakerlaken gelaufen.
Wir haben auf Sri Lanka für weniger Geld deutlich bessere Unterkünfte gehabt.

Location was perfect. Room has the prettiest view. Beds were comfy and overall I have nothing to complain regards to the location or the room.

Cons:

I had a bad experience with one of the staff members. There were 2 guys looking after the property. One was Samith and a younger guy. I'm a girl traveling alone so my guard was pretty up since it was two men. Younger guy was super friendly and no complains about him. At first Samith was friendly too. Since I did an online payment he gave me his number and asked me to send the receipt which I did. I didn't even bother saving his number cz he was just the guy looking after the place. I had my stay and came back home. Few days later I received a WA message from Samith and i thought he wanted me to write a review about the stay. But instead it was to ask how i was doing. And then last night he texted me again and was asking me really inappropriate things like "are u in the mood". I immediately blocked his number. This was very unprofessional and really bad for the name of the property.
