Staff are so friendly

Cons:

The sound insulation extremely bad.
You can hear people walking, baby crying, upper floor or lower floor people are chatting. When the other room close the door, you can heard the closing sound , we stayed 2 nights, 3 adult and 3 childs, none of us slept well.
