Çok kötü bir otel, korkunç bir yer odada fare vardı eşyalarımın içine girdi saç vardı pis bir yer rezalet her şey!

Bath malfunction, elevator malfunction, breakfast is a little bit good but at another hotel 6 minutes walk

Oda kapısının yanında delik vardı odayı isteyen isteği gibi gözetleyebilir duş fiskeleri kırıktı konumu berbat bir yerdeydi . Hemen arka tarafında trevestiler rahatsız ediyorlardı.

Palmiye Hotel Taksim is a cheap hotel, a few streets back from the tourist area, and there is a big difference with just those couple of streets but it still felt safe. Located in a street where old men sit outside buildings all day staring and snickering about anyone that walks past. But there is a really cool cheap kabab shop at the end of the street. A convenience store with fruit just up the road from that.

Room was pretty utilitarian, but it did have a really comfortable bed and the shower was also pretty good, although one third of the shower screen seemed to be missing. But you could still have a shower without everything getting wet. Carpet in room you walk on and your feet's soles are dirty. Walls are thin you can hear everything in the next room. Breakfast isn't on site, you've got to journey up a maze of alleyways until you're opposite the British Consulate. There you get a platter with various spreads, cheese on a lettuce leaf, two small tomatoes, a cheerio cut up, one hard boiled egg and a few other things including a circle of weird mystery meat. About ten minutes after that tray appeared you get bread. Turkish Tea as soon as you arrive, but no water or juice.

Hotel located a short walk to Metro (subway) so you can get to both airports easily. Likewise Galata Tower and not much longer to walk across the bridge beyond that to Bascilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar etc. Big fella on reception who doesn't speak English was really helpful.Fast free Wi-fi

Bei Ankunft keine Handtücher, zeitweise kein oder nur wenig Wasser, kaputter Schrank, total abgewohnt und lieblos

I stay on room 601 for 12 day but unfortunately wall next to window very bad no fridge and carpet not very good….
If you charge customer for every day
You need give good service to customer keep customer happy ..
only 2 guys working on reception is very good

We arrived hotel at 3 AM but they didn't give us our room! Their excuse was about problem in computer!!!!
So they send us to a hostel for that night.Also they don't have restaurant and you have to walk for 10 minutes to another restaurant for breakfast. They are not as they show!

Rezeptiondaki beyfendiler cok iyidi, ama odanin kokusu bi felaketdi. Ve hic tekin biyer degildir

I couldn't sleep very well because the bed was really uncomfortable and noisy. I heard the conversation of the other room easily.

Stayed in small economy room but had a queen size bed and plenty of ameanaties,including a large LCD TV with satellite channels,a kettle and excellent WiFi reception and close to Iskel Cadesa.

Kahvalti servisi otel icinde degildi. Gercekten cok saçma sapan bir durumdu. Tekrar tercih etmem. Temizlik iyiydi. Tek sorun yazilan ve uygulanan farkliydi. Sabah uyandik,15 dk yürüyüp baska otele kahvaltiya gittik..

Ich war zufrieden Personal war auch in Ordnung.
Der mit arbeiter Muhammed Bilik war sehr nett und sehr aufmerksam und hat mir sehr viel geholfen ich bedanke mich für alles...

Hotelet var ikke ren, dynen og puden var ikke rene. Der var ikke sæbe i badeværelset. Der var huller i håndklæderne.

Pas decut de notre séjours .Personnel tres aimable accueillant toujours a l'écoute et serviable ,le seul bémol très bruyant coté opposé de l'entrée .Très propre entretient fait tout les jours .On a accès a tout .

We had to check in late night. I was told that the hotel was full and they were surprised how hotels.com confirmed my stay. At the end I had to pay extra to “upgrade” my room so I could stay, I didn’t want to find another hotel at that hour so I played along. Overall the bed wasn’t a double bed but stacked singles with a chasm in between. There were no soap in the bathroom and blankets were missing. I hope this isn’t an average stay for the place.

I had the worst hotel room booked, I was at a very place of Istanbul where they had loads of men around that just look at you as if you are a sex object, the location of the place is known for “beggars and girls that sell their body for sex” when I was talking to the minicab driver that took me to the hotel he said that the location was the worst location ever. That’s why they don’t have a picture of outside the hotel.
2. The hotel itself
The hotel itself was disgusting, I will never book again. It was a very small hotel (does not look like pictures). Front of house desk was not helpful at all, one of the team members was giving me and my sister very evil looks, I was scared to sleep at the hotel due to his looks. Their card machine doesn’t work.
Rooms
The rooms were the nastiest rooms ever. I have never stayed in a hotel room that had rooms like that, I am absoulately gutted. There was flies all over the room it was really nasty.
My overall hotel experience was very bad and scary. Never will book with Expedia again.
