Due to Trade fair they didn’t allow me to check in & asked to pay ₹5k that too for 3 to 4 hours though I booked the hotel 2 days in advance.

I visit 4 to 5 times a year in New Delhi due to work & stay in the same hotel but never accepted this type of treatment.

I’ll not recommend this hotel to anyone in my friend circle.

Disgustingly dirty hotel
Pros:

Only the staff were polite and helpful but it was beyond their control

Cons:

The room was filthy. There was grime along the edges of the walls and floor. There were gaping wires sticking out. There were holes and open wires in the bathroom plus grime. No handwashing soap. Filthy doors and walls. The bedlinen had stains and was so old that the little holes immediately gave way to big rips. Worst was the pillow which had mould and so one could get severe asthma or breathing issues. Grime on everything. They advertised for free airport pickup but they do not mention that you have to pay for the parking. The menu book for room service was filthy. Don't book it. The photos are deceptive!

Man hat bei seiner Ankunft 2 Flasche Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer verfügte über keine Duschvorhänge und war insgesamt sehr stark verschmutzt. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft waren Flecken auf der Bettwäsche vorhanden. Das Frühstück, das offiziell um 8:30 Uhr beginnen sollte, war gegen 9:00 Uhr bereits größtenteils abgeräumt. Zudem entsprach es in keiner Weise der Beschreibung und war qualitativ äußerst enttäuschend: Es gab mit etwas Glück ein paar Pancakes, Kartoffeln, Reis und etwas Weißbrot. Im Saft befanden sich zudem täglich Insekten. Insgesamt machte der Frühstücksbereich einen sehr unhygienischen Eindruck.

Außerdem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass von den Angestellten häufig Trinkgeld erwartet wurde; blieb dieses aus, wurde das Verhalten deutlich unfreundlicher. Unser Zimmer verfügte über keine Fenster zur Straße, sondern nur zum Flur und zu einer Mauer, wodurch kaum Privatsphäre gegeben war – andere konnten leicht ins Zimmer sehen und Geräusche waren deutlich hörbar. Zusätzlich war nachts bis etwa 2 Uhr laute Musik zu hören, die selbst in unserem Zimmer störend wahrnehmbar war.

Es ist funktional aber keines falls komfortabel.
