The location is good so as the ambience but the staff is very reluctant in service because it is a running hotel.

Cons:

Very bad experience. T.V is not working. Receptionist is very rude and unworthy to deal the clients. We have waited for 4 hours to check in. Plus WiFi is slow. They haven’t mentioned about T.V complaints, they literally wanted us to pay first and then they mentioned about the TV complaints and all. Very bad experience in City Empire.

Pros:

La chambre aveugle qui nous préservait du bruit.

Cons:

Horaires demandes du petit-déjeuner non respectés, clim qui est tombée en panne 2 nuits sur 3. Petit déjeuner passable. Propreté douteuse. Emplacement pas si pratique que ça, le métro est à plus de 10 min à pieds.

Overall good but they can improve so well if they want in hotels

Staff was very good sitting arrangements is very good rooms look option is very good lift is good
Mattress is good in hotel

Cons:

Ahh a few things like tv probhlems outdates tv not working and there is not proper doormats plus washroom mats not there and in rooms the paints of wall and cleaning of walls are not good they can renovate and there is no tissues in rooms not having hand towels and having catering like plates and all

very very bad. Very Rude staff. on the name of breakfast only two stale breads were provided.

Nothing. The behavior of staff at reception was very bad. They have given us a very small roof hardly to fit, wherein we have booked the double bedroom. They refused to refund the money also and straight away said room is not available irrespective of prebooking and denied for cancellation refund too. After much chaos they provided one small room.

Cons:

Booking was done with breakfast, but in breakfast only two dry breads with one cup of tea was been provided and nothing else. They said yaha yahi milega. Also charged for water bottles daily and refused to give water bottles also. This is my worst experience. I will never ever do booking here again. On website also I didnt find any customer care no of Booking.com to complain.

Fake and uncomfortable atmoshphere
Pros:

Nothing as in the photos on Booking.com is similar. Its a scam.

Cons:

Rooms were small. Bedsheets were in bad shape. Non window rooms were stinking. Manager on desk was rude.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Bad Experience at City Empire Hotel

I had a very disappointing experience at City Empire Hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for families.

The room cleaning was very poor, and the room service was not available/responsive. We repeatedly had issues with our requests, but the staff did not take them seriously. The staff behaviour was also very bad and unprofessional.

There was no hot water, which was a major problem, especially for a family. The hotel also shows that breakfast is available, but after we paid, we were told that they provide only a complimentary breakfast, which was very confusing and misleading.

Overall, the service, cleanliness, staff behaviour and basic facilities were far below what we expected. I would not recommend City Empire Hotel, especially for families. Very disappointing experience. 😔
