Pros:

It was clean and the apartment had everything you would need for a short stay. It is very close to the train station which makes getting around Berlin very easy.

Großzügige Wohnung mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt
Pros:

Wir hatten die Penthouse Wohnung im 3. Stock gemietet. Für unsere Gruppe mit 5 Leuten waren die 3 Schlafzimmer optimal. In allen Schlafzimmern gab es einen Ventilator. Auch war das WC auf dem Flur im 2 Stock sehr praktisch wenn das Bad besetzt war. Der „Balkon“ war ein Platz auf der Feuertreppe mit Sitzgelegenheiten… praktisch für die Raucher. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es war auch ein wenig Kaffee, Filtertüten und Tee da. Auch gab es eine Flasche Wasser und Prosecco gratis. Vor Abreise hing an der Tür auch nochmal ein Tütchen mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten.
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage zur Straßenbahn (Ringbahn) und es gab auch genug Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Praktisch waren auch die Parkplätze im Innenhof.

Cons:

Die Betten waren uns zu weich… für zwei Nächte war es okay…

Perfect for a city break
Pros:

Location & convenience near the train station was excellent, the free luggage storage pre check in & post checkout is genius & much appreciated .
The apartment was spacious , modern, well equipped & spotless

Spontane Übernachtung in Berlin
Pros:

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Alles perfekt sauber! Es fehlte nichts, war alles vorhanden, Kaffee, Tee, Zucker und vieles mehr. Herzlichen Dank für Flasche Wein, Wasser und süßes!!! Die Betten waren sehr bequem, Bettwäsche Schnee weiß! Handtücher flauschig. Wir waren schon in einigen Ferienwohnungen, diese war die beste!!!! Ein Lob an das Team!

Всё было на высшем уровне!!!

Cons:

Единственный минус - старый телевизор, без функции Smart. Хотелось бы смотреть Youtub или Netflix.

Zarówno apartament jak i obsługa zachwyciły nas. Zadbano o nas po królewsku, wychodząc daleko ponad to co oczekiwane jest od takiej usługi.
Bardzo wygodne materace, mnóstwo miejsca.
Wysoki standard wykończenia wnętrza, nagłośnienie w apartamencie, jasne wskazówki jak dotrzeć.
Jednym słowem: zasłużona fantastyczna ocena!

La proximité des transports/commerces et restauration à proximité.
Appartement spacieux, lumineux, propre et bien équipé. Adapté pour les familles. Nous étions 5.
Les petits attentions journalière données par les propriétaires

Cons:

Pas de volets dans les chambres. La lumière du jour passait même avec de gros rideaux. Dommage.
Le prix du parking. 15e par jour.
