Pros:

Schönes, großes Appartement. 3 Schlafzimmer+Schlafmöglichkeiten im Wohnbereich. Bei Ankunft stand eine Flasche Wein, eine Flasche Wasser und ein paar Pralinen auf dem Tisch.
Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (hochwertige Geräte, sogar Backpapier, Kaffee, Spültabs und Öl war vorhanden). Auch ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Tolle, große Badewanne. Betten sehr gemütlich. Haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. S-Bahn Anbindung auch gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht für 15 Euro/Nacht. So stand das Auto sicher auf dem Hinterhof (Weg zum Hinterhof allerdings sehr schmal).
Sehr nett waren auch die kleinen Tütchen des Personals, die nach der ersten Nacht und am letzten Tag an der Tür hingen.

Cons:

Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Besen oder Staubsauger sinnvoll. Wir mussten die Krümel mit dem Handfeger auffegen. Eventuell auch einen WC- Reiniger bzw Badezimmerreiniger bereitstellen.
Wohnraum relativ kalt (nur ein Heizkörper in der Küche, dadurch schwer warm zu kriegen).

Excepcional.
Pros:

El baño es súper grande, aparte del apartamento que era súper espacio. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la verdad volvería sin duda. Súper recomendado. Además el detalle cada día por parte de los dueños súper acertado. Te hacen sentir muy bien.

Cons:

Lo único que si vas un grupo de más de 5 faltaría otro baño.

Konakladığımız evimiz çok temiz ferah ve kullanışlıydı. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli miktarda mevcuttu.
Konum olarak uzak ya da yakın olarak değerlendiremeyeceğim çünkü Berlin’de her yer birbirine uzak konumda. Fakat evimiz toplu taşıma ve marketlere yakın. Ve mevki olarak güvenli bölgede yer alıyor.

Yetkililer tüm sorularımıza ilgililerdi ve sonuna kadar takipçi oldular. Güvenlik ve diğer sorularımızı profesyonel bir şekilde yönetip değerlendirerek ilgilendiler.

Konakladığımız apartman ve ortak kullanım alanlarında güvenlik kameralarının olması güvende hissettirdi.

Odalar geniş ve yataklar çok rahattı.
Özellikle kış aylarında seyahat edecekseniz ısınma konusunda çok rahat edebilirsiniz.

Cons:

Bilinmesi gereken noktalardan biri sadece, eğer kalabalık aile ve arkadaş grupları ile konaklama yapacaksanız dairede tek banyo ve tuvalet mevcut.
Geniş bir kullanım alanına sahip olsa da kişisel olarak kalabalıksanız yeterli olmayabilir. Bunun haricinde her şey yolundaydı.

Pros:

Wir waren mit 7 Personen in diesem wunderschönen Appartement und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Büro-Personal.

Eine schöne Überraschung waren auch die zwei Tüten mit Snacks und einem persönlichen Brief, die an der Eingangstür für uns bereitlagen – eine wirklich liebevolle Geste.

Die S-Bahn ist in der Nähe und somit gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden und auch mit einem T5 Bus erreichbar, allerdings ist die Einfahrt zum zugewiesenen Parkplatz etwas eng.

Insgesamt können wir das Appartement absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Apartment ist sehr groß und geräumig, die Lage perfekt um Berlin zu erkunden, wir haben mit unseren Kindern (2 Teenager) dort übernachtet und jeder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer, was toll war. 😀 Wenn wir am Abend heim kamen hatten wir eine kleine Süße Überraschung an der Tür hängen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, das der Fußboden nicht ganz so sauber war, die weißen Socken der Kinder waren ein wenig schwarz an der Sohle , hat aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht negativ beeinflusst 😉!
