スタッフの皆さん親切でした。

I called the hotel to possibly arrange a late check-in. The staff spoke broken English and not helpful at all. They just told me to send an email. I did that, but they never replied to it, even after sending a second email. Several days later when I arrived at the hotel, they had no rooms left. They were acting nonchalant and smug about the whole situation as it was "my fault for checking in late". They didn't try to fix the situation, didn't call any other hotels to check availability. Maybe if the front-desk staff is fired this could be a good hotel.

Local com limpeza impecável, os funcionários limpam inclusive os itens da cozinha que você usa( talheres, pratos, etc.), local perto de mercados e lojas, inclusive um KFC, e, se gostar de andar um pouquinho mais, da pra ir a um shopping a pé ! Uns 15 minutos do mercado de ouro também. Não é um bairro turístico, é bem local, você se sente realmente vivendo a realidade de moradores…

スタッフはフレンドリーで対応がとても良かったです。施設面では、キッチンなども付いており部屋が大きく、値段以上の広さでゆったり過ごすことができました。朝食もルームサービスだったのも良かったです。

The staff made the visit a lot more pleasant. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we need. Sadly, our room faced the street and it was noisy, but we were offered a different room in a better location. Good breakfast choices.

Great place to stay in Dubai! Short walk to metro station. Staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is pleasing. Cannot say enough about the staff, amazing hospitality!! Highly recommended.

It was a very good experience,The Hotel was clean and good, staffs were friendly and helpful,rooms were small but accommodative with all amenities as mentioned. The Hotel was close to Metro and main shopping places in Diera.

Nice hotel , close to the beach and downtown

This place should not be listed as a hotel. Maybe a shelter. I paid for 10 nights but left after one only. Awful location and the room is very outdated and run down. The only good thing about this place are the staff. My advice would be dont even think about staying at this place.

Very good wifi at 50mb upload, and 25mb download. Freshly painted rooms although furniture a bit older.

The free breakfast delivered to your room was a nice touch. Very clean bedding and excellent staff.

Staff were very friendly and always willing to assist with any complaint. Hotel very clean and the breakfast was good.
However, hotel is difficult to locate. The sign is way to high up that one can't see it easily when driving. No parking lot, and no microwave in the room.
