Hotel insalubre

L'emplacement

Cons:

Les conditions d’hébergement étaient inacceptables et, selon moi, insalubres.

La première chambre présentait une forte odeur d’humidité et de moisissure. Les draps étaient manifestement sales, avec des taches très suspectes (sperme) et bien usés. Après réclamation et constat effectué par le personnel, une autre chambre m’a été proposée.

Cependant, cette seconde chambre présentait également une forte odeur (il m’a été indiqué que cela était dû à des travaux de peinture récents), tandis que les draps étaient eux aussi tachés (sperme et rouge à lèvre) et manifestement impropres à une utilisation normale.

De manière générale, l’établissement apparaît vétuste et très éloigné du standing attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Face à cette situation, j’ai été contraint de quitter l’établissement et de trouver, dans l’urgence, une solution d’hébergement alternative à proximité.

Acceptable for one night.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and rooms are good.

Cons:

The restaurant + rooftop and SPA are way too expensive for the service provided.

Dinner was not good.
Breakfast is too expensive and things are missing (looks like a bad high school restaurant).
SPA is underground and air is rotten, massage was very good though.

Доброжелательный персонал, вкуснейший завтрак, отличное расположение отеля, прекрасная терраса.

Cons:

Через 5 минут после заселения обнаружил чужое нижнее белье под столом. Ночью очень долго играла музыка и группа людей пели песни. У меня сложилось впечатление, в отеле была репетиция концерта.

It’s become my favorite in downtown, hotel is clean , well positioned you can walk to thé antaninarenina to all the restaurants about 5 mn walk ,people are nice there always helping, and free breakfast
