Pros:

Etablissement situé dans une ruelle à proximité pédestre de l'avenue de l'indépendance. Pour ceux qui souhaitent un hôtel confortable en plein centre. La cuisine du restaurant est très bonne. Dans le sous-sol, une petite piscine à l'eau très chaude, spa, hamman, sauna, à payer en supplément, massages également possibles. Sur la terrasse du toit, des concerts sont organisés. Discothèque juste à côté. Le personnel est très serviable. Deux gardiens de sécurité jour et nuit à l'entrée, c'est sécurisant.

Cons:

Du point de vue technique, des petites réparations sont nécessaires.

Le rapport qualité prix entre les chambres et le restaurant. La présence d'un spa malgré sa vétusté. La qualité du massage.

Cons:

Le bruit la journée. Les trop nombreuses coupures d'eau ou d'électricité. Un SPA qui aurait besoin d'être refait. Un lit qui grince.
