Lovley hotel, well managed and kept. very comfortable night, a perfect position to explore the city

The staff front of house from the moment we entered the door where amazing.
The rooms are very modern with a classic look.

Cons:

The only fault lady Libertine, the food and drinks was delightful but ut was let door by a member of the team whom was just coming on to shift walking over to our table and advising we had 15 minutes to vacate.
We had been waiting for 10 minutes to get the bill but the waitress was busy. It was such a shame because everything else was perfect more training maybe

Pros:

We appreciate the staff for making our stay special as it was our honeymoon, the attention to detail, the effort put in to make sure we were well taken care of. We loved how comfortable and homey our room was. The location is fantastic. We appreciated the restaurant staff for their diligence in verifying their patrons' allergies and other requirements. Overall, it was a memorable stay that we won't forget.

Cons:

I would've liked for the breakfast to be a buffet style with the options they served.

Stunning central hotel
Pros:

Lovely welcome on the door and at reception. Hotel is beautiful inside and in a perfect location for the city centre. All of the staff were helpful, efficient and friendly throughout the hotel. Fantastic breakfast.

Excellent location, and the loft suite room was perfect for our city break

Cons:

Problem with their hot water system which was inconvenient on the Saturday evening, but otherwise couldn’t fault it
