Pros:

Love this hotel and the staff look after you and make you feel so welcome, I like the fact it’s near every where I need to be, also having an apartment it’s like home from home

Great hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

The overall property was beautiful and very well presented. Also Jo demonstrated unbelievable customer service. She is a credit to your brand!

Cons:

I felt the coffee was not good enough. For 5 star hotel the coffee was cold & made from a bean machine. Needs reviewed

A mixed experience from exceptional to just not good enough.
Pros:

Spotless, wonderful location, decor and the staff were amazing

Cons:

Initial room was tiny (duplex) despite paying for studio. Was sorted but took ages.
In new room which was lovely, there was no heating for first hour. It was cold. Once heating came on, heater could not be adjusted at all. Beautifully comfy bed ruined by wall of heat next to it.

Elegant stay
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable, great breakfast, great shower , good f&b , great location, walking distance from the royal mile and also the shopping in town . Interiors were elegant and vintage yet modern.

They should open a spa / sauna .
