A beautiful hotel with suites, perfect for a few days in the heart of Edinburgh city center.
Pros:

This hotel is right in the city center. It has a very grand entrance and staircase. The staff are friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I would recommend it for a stay of a few days as we stayed only one night and didn’t get the use of the kitchen living area.

Quiet luxury in grand surroundings.
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally well run and maintained to a very a high standard. Staff are extremely well trained: polite, friendly and very attentive. We felt very welcome here.
Particularly liked the Wandering Barman (Nick)- this is a brilliant addition to the guest experience.

Cons:

Nothing- our stay was perfect!

Pros:

Everything. Super charming and friendly staff. We arrived very early in the morning in Edinburgh and despite being Easter they managed to get us an early check-in. We stayed at one of the suites and we loved it. It is walking distance from Princess street and the old town and castle. We even loved dining at the in-house restaurant

The Grand for a reason!!!
Pros:

I loved the fact the from the front door too reception was so professional but not intrusive. A credit too the whole team front and back of house. Thank you guys.
