The stay was satisfactory.
Cons:

While the tip is given to any staff member by a guest who is happy with the service rendered and would like to express their appreciation, it should not be seen as a mandatory activity. While the watchman/gatekeeper did his duty diligently and did not bother about the tip, I tipped him, while others were waiting just outside the lift, to keep your bag from here to there, and expecting a tip in return, I did not tip them. A hotel should leave an impression that the guest should feel like visiting again.
