The staff's English abilities are moderate. There was no coffee machine in the room and day to day cleanining was partial as they did not replace a used tea cup and tea in the room.. The English menue in the fency Chinese restaurant on the 27th floor is in font #1 which makes it hard to figure out. The overall score comes out very goo while in fact it should be good.

地理位置优越，附近有金鹰购物中心靠近地铁1号线百家湖站，步行即达。十一假期凌晨出发早上9点到店，立即办理入住，前台小姐姐贴心的给升级了湖景房，手动点赞👍。房间空调足，早餐好极了，能吃到南京特色老鸭粉丝汤😍，还有广式月饼🥮，很应景。不得不说万豪真的很用心，万豪就是品质的保证。

Breakfast was fine, room cleanliness and facilities were excellent.

Cons:

The hotel is locatated slightly too far out of the CBD, but metro station access made up for it. People in adjoining rooms could be heard a little too easily, especially at night.

Lovely location!
Pros:

Very well kept hotel, rooms are spacious and clean, except the air conditioning NEVER really worked. I stayed there >6 times, the room was always too warm to my liking. Staff are friendly and always helpful! Good choice if you are near JianNing district.

Great place !
Pros:

It was great to walk into this Marriot with the signature scent wafting over me, heating was top notch and the staff spoke better English so I didn’t have to struggle. I loved my bed and the well appointed bath room with the “it works “ amenities ! Your demands are met fast and it had the best breakfast spread of my China visit. Will visit again
