Cons:

Мы выбирали этот отель в Шанхае в том числе потому, что являемся постоянными клиентами сети Mariott и участниками программы лояльности Bonvoy и рассчитывали на адекватное отношение в форс-мажорной ситуации.

Из-за задержки рейса и смены аэропорта прилета мы опоздали на заселение, приехали в начале пятого утра. Мы вежливо обратились к администрации с просьбой проявить лояльность, как к постоянным гостям — по возможности предоставить скидку за первые сутки, как при раннем заселении, так как фактически мы потеряли почти половину оплаченного времени. Вместо понимания мы получили грубый отказ. По моему мнению, с нами общались грубо и не охотно.

Мало того, когда нас наконец заселили, номер оказался полностью прокуренным. Находиться в нем было невозможно, особенно для некурящих людей.

Мы сразу же попросили поменять номер на чистый, а также вернуть деньги за оставшиеся  трое суток, так как такие условия проживания  для нас не подходили.
С багажом тоже никто не помог.

Огромное разочарование. За такие деньги в Шанхае можно найти гораздо более достойные варианты с лояльным отношением к гостям.

Lovely staff, clean hotel, good value for money
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very easy to communicate with most understanding enough English. The housekeeping staff were superb! The ladies are so friendly and courteous and helpful. No request is too difficult. They're always happy and smiling and always say hello.

Cons:

Rooms are small. No separate toilet. Meant to be a non-smoking hotel, but someone on our floor was smoking in their room and it filled the whole hallway and came under our door and filled our room. Reception staff were helpful and found us another room on another floor, but they did nothing to find the smoker and get them to stop smoking. I guess this is the risk you take when staying in China, with the people's love of smoking.

Pros:

O café da manhã é o que se espera de um hotel de bandeira internacional, bom. As instalações são boas e limpas. Há fácil acesso ao sistema de metrô de Shanghai, necessitando de cerca de 20 minutos de caminhada.

Cons:

A Equipe da recepção do hotel é muito rude, muito mal educada e grosseira! Ao chegar ao hotel, já fui recebido com falta de educação e não preciso passar por isso! Só não fui embora, devido ao horário da minha chegada. Também não há conhecimento da equipe do hotel, para dar informações sobre pontos, localização, principalmente turísticos de Shanghai. Sugiro colocar a informação no site, de que estação e linha o hotel está próximo, de forma a facilitar a chegada ao hotel.

Отлично! Вернулась бы снова в этот отель!
Pros:

Удобно близко станция метро, кафе разные рядом. Завтраки отличные и вкусные! По вск на завтраки предлагают креветки!

Cons:

Слышны звуки из соседних номеров. Туалет открытый, не зонирован, но уже не так страшно. На рецепшн персонал вежлив, но равнодушен. Улыбаются, но вежливо отказывают в некоторых просьбах. Хотя в других отелях решали без проблем.
