Nothing close by, hotel has a curfew, beds were uncomfortable, the service was non existent.

Pros:

I liked everything from that hotel. Staff were nice and they left the room clean. And they also helped out much on my stay. Would definitely book that hotel again.

Pros:

Stayed here to be near BKK airport.Nice clean room. Staff don't speak a word of English, makes it very challenging/frustrating to communicate. One bed was very comfy, the other rock solid. Overall pretty decent clean room, very close to airport.

I literally couldnt see how the room was.
We arrived at 2 am (we got a bit delayed in the airport because one of the suitcases was missing), so when my boyfriend and I got to the hotel, really tired and looking forward to get some sleep, NO ONE WAS THERE TO OPEN THE DOOR, we knocked and even yelled a bit since there was no doorbell and we had no internet and no way to contact them for almost an hour.
In a city you dont know in the middle of a quiet place, waiting for someone to open the door for us, was definitely NOT the way we wanted to start our trip.
We had to walk and walk until finally at around 3.30 am we found another hotel and we were able to stay there.
Terrible service and tereible experience with this hotel. We filed a complaint and we hope to get our money back. Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean but inaccessible hotel
Pros:

It is a new hotel, so clealiness was great however as it it new not all facilities are avaiable yet, for example there wasn't any hair dryer available and you have to pay for the wifi. Also it is half and hour to and hour ride to the city centre depending on the jam. Overall it is a good stay, a no frills place to be in.
