Pros:

Location, location location you are in the middle of everything short work to all attractions restaurants, old town, etc.
Rooms are very quiet,basic, clean and comfortable
Front desk staff are humbly helpful and friendly
Food and service is exceptional.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. La struttura è estremamente curata e accogliente, con camere spaziose, confortevoli e molto piacevoli da vivere. La nostra stanza era grande, luminosa e perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa in città. La posizione è semplicemente fantastica: super centrale, ideale per visitare tutto comodamente a piedi e vivere appieno l'atmosfera del luogo. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente il ristorante dell'hotel, molto bello e piacevole, dove abbiamo trascorso momenti davvero gradevoli. Ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno speciale è stato soprattutto lo staff: persone sorridenti, attente, professionali e genuinamente accoglienti, capaci di far sentire gli ospiti benvenuti fin dal primo istante. La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è che, al momento della prenotazione, non si percepisce davvero quanto questa struttura abbia da offrire. Le foto e la descrizione non riescono a trasmettere completamente il calore, la qualità e l'atmosfera che si respirano una volta arrivati. È uno di quei posti che riescono a sorprenderti positivamente e a superare le aspettative. Ci torneremmo senza esitazione e lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno speciale.

시설이 오래되고 작고 까만 벌레가 기어다닌다.도로변이라 시끄럽다.3일 연박했는데 침대시트를 교환해주지않아 바꿔달라 몇번을 말해도 계속 바꿔주지않고 대답만 함.결국 내가 내려가 시트달라고해서 직접교환함. 침대에 머리카락,오염등이 그대로 방치되어있었고 침대시트 교환하다 침대밑바닥보고 토할뻔함. 먼지가 너무 많았음.어서 빨리 3일이 지나기를 기도함.조식리뷰가 좋아서 선택했는데 조식을8시에줌. 투어가는 사람은 조식신청하지마세요! 조식은 기본과일 몇개 말린과일 조금.차가운빵,꿀등있고 우유나 요거트도 없어요.조식좋다는 평은 거짓입니다. 제발 이글을 보고 호텔요금도 비싼편인데 선택하지마세요! The facilities are old, and small, black bugs are crawling around. It is noisy because it is located by the road. I stayed for three consecutive nights, but they did not change the bed sheets. No matter how many times I asked them to, they just kept giving me a vague answer. Eventually, I had to go down and ask for the sheets myself to change them. Hair and stains were left on the bed, and I almost threw up when I saw the floor underneath while changing the sheets. There was so much dust. I just prayed for the three days to pass quickly. I chose this hotel because the breakfast reviews were good, but they only served breakfast at 8 am. Do not book breakfast if you are going on a tour! The breakfast consisted of a few basic fruits and some dried fruit, cold bread, honey, etc., but there was no milk or yogurt. The reviews saying the breakfast is good are false. Please, if you read this, do not choose this hotel, especially since the rates are on the expensive side!

Очень понравился отель Бадагони (Badagoni), что рядом с площадью Свободы, особенно своим дружелюбным персоналом: Диана, Мариам, Бека, Давид, Михаил, Гаяне, Лаша, Вахтанг. Там, правда, была одна девушка, вечно всем недовольная, но мы её имя не раскроем 😄. Отличные хинкали и вина! Даже овсянку сварили моей подруге, у которой проблемы с ЖКТ. У меня проблемы двигательного характера; персонал отнесся к ним с пониманием. Спасибо! Буду всем рекомендовать!

Я бы добавила в меню завтрака молочные продукты: творог, сметану.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable, with very large rooms, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Great location and excellent service throughout our visit. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! The restaurant was fantastic and the wine collection was especially impressive with an excellent selection and careful staff. I also really appreciated the support from the reception in arranging local Bolt drivers whenever needed — special thanks for that! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
