Pros:

Great location right next to the Liberty square and literally next door to Galeria shopping mall. A small and cosy hotel, nice staff.
Breakfast is not served as a buffet but you have a choice of several options a la carte like English breakfast, Georgian etc, freshly cooked which is nice and it is really hearty and delicious. In addition there is a small buffet-type selection of bread, pastry, jams, fruits etc. The price is very reasonable for this location and quality, I would definitely come back

Otelin konumu çok güzel, oda rahat, kot farkından dolayı bi tarafı giriş altı gibi duruyor, Banyoda bir gün yoğun bir gider kokusu vardı, onun dışında odada bir sorun yaşamadım. yataklar çok rahattı.

Cons:

Otele erken bir saatte vardım, otele restoranın kapısından giriliyor, benim geldiğim saatte restoran kapalıydı .Işıkları ve kapısı da kapalı görünüyordu. 10-15 dk etrafta başka bir giriş kapısı var mı diye aradım. Arka taraftaki otele sorduğumda bilgi aldım. Restoranın kapısı kapalın gibi görünse de açıkmış. Bu bilgi paylaşılsa daha iyi olurdu. Yani otele giriş için ayrı bir kapı yok, restoran kapısından içeri girmekmgerekiyor.

قريبة من مطعم إسطنبول دونر الاكل حلال و لذيذ يقابل الفندق في الشارع الثاني

لا تصلح للعوائل، للشباب فقط
لا يوجد تنوع في وجبات الإفطار، يفضل الحجز بدون الإفطار
التكييف حار و طلب تعديل الدرجة لتبريد الغرفة اكثر من مرة ، للأسف تم الرفض بحجة انه مبنى قديم و درجة حرارة ثابته لجميع الغرف
ابواب الغرف تفتقر إلى الامان

The staff perfect, the facility very bad.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent. They also have their own boutique wine shop and produce their own wines. Special thanks to Eric for helping me choose exactly the wine I was looking for with great care and attention. I am also grateful to Diana at the reception, who was always smiling and helpful. The staff were generally young and very supportive.

However, despite requesting it many times, I was disappointed to be given a room with no natural light at all. Overall, the hotel was clean.
