Pros:

First day was terrible couldn't sleep was very noisy and mosquitos,no hot water ask from customer service about tea or coffee as our stay was for three days been told they only provide for first day,After complaining they changed our room and bit better than first one,one boy named Suraj help us Not going back ever again in this hotel again

When I booked with the hotel I prepaid for breakfast, but when It came to paying the bill they charged me for breakfast saying we over ate, when we didn’t because we had upset tummy, never gave any toilet paper when asked, and they don’t speak English. Only management that don’t do anything but take payments. Will not be staying here and would not recommend, on arakashan Rd there’s loads of hotels pick a different one.

室内清掃が行き届いていなくて、食品カスなどがあり、ゴキブリが出た。タオルやシーツもシミや髪の毛がついていた。お手頃価格だったので仕方ないのか…残念。

Hôtel destiné aux personnes habituées au établissements crasseux les oreillers et matelas sont noirs de crasse et traces en tout genre, la salle de bain n'est probablement jamais nettoyée. Les photos sont trompeuses.

Pros:

I thought the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was annoying to have to ask to have the A/C turned on daily upon my return. Also, I had to prove to the guy at the front desk that my reservation included breakfast, which he obviously thought it did not. Most importantly, this is easily the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at with both outside and inside noise 24/7.

Me and my family had lived at this property for 3 nights and no doubt it was a commendable experience. The Ambience, the room, the service, the food, and the staff everything was really great. I would really recommend it for my further vacation. Extra points for the food that actually made us feel like we are at home, very comforting yet delicious.

Pros:

Out of 10, I’ll give this hotel a rating of 6. There is lot of room for improvement in staff service, property maintenance and communication (intercom). The A/C worked fine. Locality is also fine as it is easily commutable via Uber and Reached by restaurant home delivery (Zomato).
