The property is clean and the staff are accommodating. There is a good selection for breakfast.
The property is convenient to Denver, Boulder and not far for a trip to Estes and Fort Collins. This is our second stay at this location and will definitely use it again

Truly unpleasant.

The rooms are always clean.

Cons:

I stayed for 3 days and the power went off every day due to high winds. The hotel does not have a generator and guests were in the dark for hours at a time each day. I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out. A man in the room directly across from me was yelling, ranting and raving, nonstop all night long. He was out of his mind. I didn’t get any sleep that night. I reported it to the front desk that they needed to call the police. I was not the only guest to complain. I have stayed here many times in the past few years as it is close to my son’s house when I visit. This stay was so unpleasant, I think I will have to stay elsewhere next time.
