Pros:

The location was easy to access and the surroundings were quiet, with a pleasant terrace in front of the hotel. The rooms felt more like dormitory-style accommodation — quite large and long, but very impersonal. There was an unpleasant smell, although it was acceptable for a one-night stay.

We booked two rooms and asked if they could be close to each other, but unfortunately this could not be arranged. As mentioned, it is a solid option for one night, but not more than that.

A decent stay for the price. Don’t agree with the extra “Hotel/Motel” tax. That’s basically fraud.
Pros:

Close to Savannah. And shopping & restaurants everywhere around us was nice.

Cons:

Someone was either smoking in the restroom next to our unit or maybe one floor below. But we could smell cigarette smoke in our bathroom. Also, a lot of marijuana smoking out in the parking lot. Smelt it every time we walked outside.

Breakfast disappointing and staff could have been more hospitable.
Pros:

Other less expensive motels/hotels serve far better quality food.
Spoke with booking person by no phone and decided to
reserve room online. Subsequently received several texts encouraging me to book a room. Annoying.

Cons:

2nd room had no sheets or mattress pad, pillows or blanket even in the room, let alone on the pull out bed . Had to be retrieved from desk.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Pros:

The location was ideal for the purpose I was in the city. Didn't have to go far for anything. The hotel staff was friendly and professional
The breakfast was very good with a variety of options to choose from.

Cons:

I didn't have anything that I was dissatisfied with overall. The small issue I encountered with my billing was handled very expeditiously so no real complaint.

Outstanding Place to Stay!
Pros:

What I liked about my stay was the location of the hotel, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was filling and the room very accommodating.

Cons:

There wasn't anything significant that I didn't like. I did encounter an issue with my reservation however, it was fixed very quickly after explainingthe situationto the front desk supervisor..
