Breakfast was not upto the mark. Masala Dosa was not at good standard as like normal Kerala tradition

The location was good. Easy access to everything
The service was horrible. The housekeeping staff was too bad and had no basic manners. The tv was provided with very few malayalam channels. When i requested that we get some good tamil music channel, at least, the housekeeping response was this all we have and threw the remote on the bed. The toilet was worse than a public toilet. Stinking and dirt on the wall. When checked in, where was water logging in the room. The door lock was broken. Bed linens looked used. There was no proper cleaning or change done before check-in. No basic things were provided. We had to ask for soap and toilet roll. No coffee/tea/sugar/milk powder, then why the hell was kettle kept in the room. Overall, it was very bad service. 👎

I have seen small rats infront of the Lift. Cockroaches in the room. Room smells also. Front office is also not friendly
Cannot fault this hotel at all. Staff friendly, rooms clean and modern.
