Very nice staff, loved my room, very nicely upgraded with the light switches in all the right places, plenty of USB ports all around and secure, well lit parking.
Liked the first floor room and it being handicapped. Without us having to request it. Just read our mines. Tks
It was a good stay. We needed a short notice room and got it.
no breakfast iron broad is nasty gross water pressure in shower is awful are room flooded from bathroom nasty smell outside its setup like they serve breakfast and they donttttt very disappionted
Check in was at 2. Had to wait an hour for the room to be cleaned after being told "maybe 30 minutes". Once we finally got access to the room, upon walking in it smelled of smoke, but not of the cigarette type. When we told the checkin desk he stated nobody had ever complained so he didn’t know what to tell me. We ended up not staying as there were no other rooms and i wasnt keeping my mom or children in this room.
There was nothing i liked about the hotel. I had to wait 5 hours after checking which was 3pm.
I didn't like that I couldn't get in the driveway with my pickup and trailer. So I had to go somewhere else and Expedia makes it almost impossible to cancel a room on short notice for my situation.
clean room with hardwood floors. Nice shower. close to freeway and restaurants
It was easy access that I needed and the clerk was very polite.
Liked the updates and the security of the perimeters with the fence
Lights too bright around hotel and shines through curtains.
Car alarm went off for 30 minutes in early morning.
Guy at check in didn't have a clue.
Room was clean and comfortable and TV was good.
The hotel is brand new. Everything is clean and well maintained. It would have been perfect if there were more food options for breakfast. The items were almost empty by the time we had breakfast at 8.00.
Recently opened, needed somewhere to stay for 1 night. Reasonably priced, Nice room.
Clean, comfortable room. Nice television and great shower.
This is a nice budget hotel that is pleasing to the eyes. the grounds were neat and the lighting at night was good. There was an odd gas/sewer smell while we were there in the mornings but it seemed to go away. . Overall 4 out of 5.
Rooms are clean and it is newly opened it seems in dec 2017. I enjoyed my stay with new room and indian chai that they gave as a special.
Staff very unprofessional, broken vending machine
I loved every part of my stay at Grand Villa. I was there to help rebuild houses after Hurricane Harvey and looking for an inexpensive place to stay. I feel very lucky to find a place that was incredibly reasonable ($68.00 per night) and also super comfortable and quite luxurious for the price. All decor was quite elegant, the baths were marble, there was a small refrigerator, the bed lovely and owner very kind. When my car stalled, the owner found me jumper cables - they happened to belong to a priest who has been staying there due to hurricane damage as well. I heartily recommend this place. Almost too good to be true.
