Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Woodstock

Me and a couple of friends stayed at the Fairfield Woodstock this location is awesome the breakfast options were endless and I must say super close to downtown Woodstock. The front desk team was very nice and helpful especially Justin! He’s professional also very accommodating because of that I’ll be booking again soon with my family.

James and Justin are absolutely the best at this hotel. I travel to Woodstock often for work and always stay here because of the staff. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I would give this hotel 10 starts if I could.

Susan P. saved our vacation! We had previously booked an AirBnB and unfortunately the condition was SEVERELY unacceptable. We were scrambling trying to find a place to accommodate 2 families with small children. My husband and I met Susan in the lobby, she was understanding of our situation, listened with care, and was able to find two rooms for us just a few doors down from each other AND helped us with an early check in so we had as little vacation interruption as possible.

She was genuinely friendly and welcoming during our entire trip, remembered our names, and anytime we went through the lobby she checked in to ensure we were enjoying our trip and our stay.

We will absolutely stay again next time we are in the area.

The pool, breakfast, bedding, housekeeping staff, and other amenities are comfortable, clean, and exceeded expectations.

We had a terrible Airbnb experience at the start of our trip and needed to find a new place to stay ASAP, especially with having 3 small children in the group. We came in and met with Susan at the front desk who was absolutely amazing and friendly. She really came through for us and helped us get exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back. Stayed here on a leisure trip using Marriott points. The 'attitude' of all the staff encountered(probably 3-4) was less than desired.

Every one of the staff encountered clearly did not want to be there. Front desk person at one point was on her phone and even though standing there 2 feet in front of her, she didn't look up. After a few seconds, I said, 'excuse me' before she looked up. Then gave me an attitude like I had interrupted her from whatever she was doing on her phone.

While I know hotels have no control over the types of 'guests' that stay at their hotels, in the 2 days I was at this hotel, the noise (people yelling down hallways, across breakfast area) and the worse was the behavior of people in the breakfast area where bunch of people had literally brought plastic bags to scoop up eggs, sausages and anything else to take away. This one woman took every pre-packaged muffin and danish and into her purse. And the worst was people leaving trash and spilled food on the tables.

Front desk lady was very nice. The actual breakfast was ok. Courtney, who worked in the breakfast area was fantastic. She went out of her way to make us comfortable. She actually got us some aluminum foil and freezer bags so we could take our leftover pizza home with us. We’ll come back to the hotel because of her great customer service
