Pros:

This is not a bad hotel. The biggest problem I had was that the room is advertised on Hotels.com as being air-conditioned but it is not air-conditioned and there are no air-conditioned in the whole hotel. The temperature when I arrived in Tatvan was 41c. After talking to 4 different people on Hotels.com on the phone for 90 minutes I managed to get a fan put in the room.

Her anlamda rezalet
Pros:

Öncelikle rezervasyonda yer almayan ve yasal olarak da bir sorun teşkil etmese de evlilik durumu soruldu. Hotels.com rezervasyonu olduğunu söylediğimde check-in'im yapıldı. Oldukça kaba ve misafirlere itici gelecek bir tavırla karşılandık. Odada neredeyse adım atacak yer yoktu, mecburen yatakta oturduk. Misafirlerin dinlenme saati olan 22-23 civarı temizlik yapılmaya başlandı ve ses oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Sabah için uyandırma servisi istememe rağmen hizmet alamadım, seyahatimizi ciddi anlamda sekteye uğratacak bir ihmaldi. Hiç memnun kalmadık. Gerçekten lokasyonu dışında hiçbir beklentiniz olmasın!
