The rooms were clearly nothing like the photos! They were dirty, the walls were filthy, the mattress was ancient—it looked like it had been used for 40 years! It's obvious the dilapidation stemmed from a lack of maintenance! For the price, you don't expect luxury, but cleanliness should be a minimum. Avoid this place at all costs!

Had a comfortabl stay and I did extend my stay for 10 more days.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were great . Help was there when needed . Any complaint that was relayed was addressed instantly.
I will definitely book again in these hotel . For the value of my money this place was very good .

Cons:

Was quite at night . Slept well .
There wa no smoking , but only in designate area , which I like . No rowdy people were noticed .
