Cons:

ベッドでなく今時しきぶとんだった。和洋室との記載だが、ただの和室にがっかりした。2006号室の利用だったが、夜中じゅう聴力検査のような高周波音がして、とても眠れなかった、外には暖房用なのか煙突がありこれが原因とおもわれた。支配人には同じたいけんをしてもらいたいのと、二度と泊まりたくないホテルとしてみなさんに周知してもらいたい！

Great location and friendly staff but extremely uncomfortable bed / bedding led to no sleep

Immaculate room and friendly staff

Cons:

Mattress was rock hard, requested hypoallergenic pillows/duvet as feather/down triggers my asthma - told that was fine and arrived to find towels wrapped in pillow cases and 5 ft long blanket instead of a duvet (I’m 6’2). When requested an additional duvet to sleep on top of at 5am after no sleep the entire night was told there was going to be an additional charge.
