Pros:

堺町通りに近く立地がよかった。チェックイン前に荷物も預かって頂き助かりました。どこも清掃が行き届いていて清潔感があり大変気持ちよく過ごせました。

Cons:

大浴場が狭い。脱衣所、洗い場もシャワーが6ヶ所しかなく
立って待ってる人が大勢いました。
また、朝食のお味噌汁がぬるかったのが残念でした。

Good location, but the room could be bigger to make our stay more comfortable.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was close and within walking distance to the Otaru central attactioins. the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We felt that the size of the room was too small. There were also inadequate car park slot at the hotel and we had to park at a public carpark nearby.

北海道旅行楽しかったです。
Pros:

千歳空港へのベストな行き方を、親身に検討して頂き、
快適に行く事出来ました。
