Cons:

大浴場の脱衣所が狭く、他の人とぶつかってしまったりドライヤーも２台しかないので待ってる場所もないので諦めて部屋に戻りました

整體算是舒適，小朋友有送小朋友的入住盥洗用品，很貼心。
Pros:

員工服務很好，又都很有耐心的回答顧客的問題，遺漏了外套忘記帶回，和他們聯絡時也很認真的幫忙尋找，還幫我們保留到方便去取回來的時間。

Cons:

浴缸和牆壁之間的縫隙有發霉，我知道在浴室很難避免！但我有點龜毛，所以比較在意這點。

Pros:

部屋が広く、ベッドが4つあってよかった
また、駐車場を誘導しているサービスマンの方(韓国の方？)が土地勘に詳しくおすすめの観光ルートを教えてくれた

Cons:

清掃がいまいち(ベッドの縁などに埃があった)
全身に刺青を入れたおじさんが風呂にいて怖かった(規約ではだめとなっていたし、おじさん自身のモラルの問題だが)

Enjoyable leisurely stay in Otaru.

早餐優秀，房間整潔，服務人員態度親切，我個人覺得還可以，但是希望能改善深夜設備造成的聲音問題，畢竟旅程中睡眠品質很重要，會影響隔天的旅途及身心健康。

服務人員接待親切、早餐好吃，房間乾淨整潔，離車站不算太遠！

Cons:

訂三間房，同行的朋友中，有二間房間都反應一直有類似抽水馬達聲音，導致嚴重影響睡眠品質！我們住在二樓！
