駅から近く、小樽運河にも近かった。観光地へのアクセスも良かった。

Cons:

上の階の音がうるさく、フロントに言ったら、その部屋のドア前で騒いでないか音を聞いただけで直接注意してくれなかった。その為上の階の音が続いた。
