Локация хорошая. Парковка большая. Завтрак хороший.

Cons:

1. Сантехника не очень.
2. Почему-то пытались мне счет мини бар предъявить , хотя я его не трогал.
В остальном неплохой отель

Pros:

Остались очень довольны проживанием. Чистые и уютные номера, удобная мебель, всё необходимое есть. Персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Атмосфера спокойная и комфортная. Расположение удобное, рядом всё необходимое. Обязательно вернёмся сюда ещё и будем рекомендовать этот отель своим знакомым!

Останавливалась в отеле Arai Plaza и осталась в полном восторге! Очень уютный и стильный отель, чувствуется забота о гостях с первых минут. Номер был чистый, светлый и комфортный, с удобной кроватью — отлично высыпалась.
Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный, всегда улыбчивые и готовые помочь. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Расположение отеля тоже очень удобное — всё рядом.
С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и с уверенностью рекомендую Arai Plaza всем, кто ценит комфорт, сервис и качественный отдых 💖

Cons:

Отдельно хочу отметить SPA-зону — это просто находка! После насыщенного дня было невероятно приятно расслабиться: чисто, спокойно, приятная атмосфера, всё продумано до мелочей. Отличный способ отдохнуть и перезагрузиться.

Pros:

Нас было двое, комплект банных принадлежностей выдали Только на одного. Не было вай фая вообще.Невозможно было дозвониться до ресепшена вообще. Пришлось спускаться вниз и ждать . А в остальном там в плане чистоты и еды нормально
