The location was perfect for walking into town and the beach was nearby too.

Staff are fantastic,professional and very courteous.
Due to CalMac’s revised timetables, my carefully planned rail and ferry journeys failed ti connect - meaning I’d stayed at South Beach on my outward journey (to Arran) just three weeks before, and left positive feedback accordingly. Hence it was the obvious choice for ny return.

Did not get the chance to book a time for breakfast,turned out there was a large group for breakfast at the same time.
Location was great. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Brochure inside room says all rooms have free WiFi which is incorrect as I didn't. No WiFi at all in my room had to sit in reception which I didn't like. Bathroom blind was broken so couldn't block out neon light shining in disturbing my sleep. Mattress was very soft with central dip. Furniture was stained / dirty.
Comfortable stay, easy book in. Staff who were on duty Sunday 18 May and for breakfast on Monday 19th were friendly and very helpful.
Very comfortable stay while working in Troon.
Lovely staff who were always on hand if needed. The food in the resturant was really good, with many locals coming in to eat. Always a great sign. The bar was warm and welcoming.
When i return to Troon i will stay again.
