Nice hotel one waiter not too friendly

Solo due canali tv disponibili, mancanza di bidet e carta igienica gia' iniziata, considerando che si tratta di un 4 stelle....

Air conditioning was switched off in the hotel resulting in extremely warm rooms. Lights switched off permanently on lower level where the spa is situated and common bathroom areas.

Sehr schönes Ambiente ( hat uns sehr gut gefallen) , tolles Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett ( wir haben sehr gut geschlafen) alles sehr sauber . Leider war das Frühstück ohne weitere Bekühlung ( hat aber trotzdem geschmeckt ) …..das ist verbesserungsbedürftig.
Schade das es auf dem Grundstück außerhalb keinen Pool gab /// Beschreibung des Hotels ist aber genau ( und da ist keiner verfügbar)///

Nous avons été reçus par une personne désagréable. Dès notre arrivée la clim ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre. La colonne de douche n'était pas fixée, les trous du pommeau bouchés et une saleté innommable au-dessus, les sols sales avec des tâches, pas de poubelle dans la chambre, aucune étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser nos affaires. Nous sommes allés demander à changer de chambre pour avoir a minima une clim qui fonctionne, la personne à l'accueil d'un air dédaigneux sur un ton ironique sans même nous regarder nous disait d'attendre et qu'elle allait fonctionner mais 2 heures après toujours rien ! Par chance, nous avons de la famille à proximité qui est venue avec nous le soir-même pour leur expliquer la situation, leur dire leur mécontentement et bizarrement le ton du personnel a changé, on nous a changé de chambre et le séjour s'est mieux passé même si l'on sentait que leurs sourires étaient forcés (famille à proximité oblige !). Ajoutons à cela le mini bar qui ne fonctionnait pas, la musique extérieure très forte jusque très tard dans la nuit et le ménage c'était le strict minimum, les sols non faits, la poussière accumulée... Bref, un hôtel à 2 étoiles et non à 4 étoiles ! Le restaurant était correct mais le petit déjeuner très limité pour un 4 étoiles (produits bas de gamme, viennoiseries congelées, beurre fondu remis au frais et ressorti le lendemain..). Bel hôtel en façade mais c'est tout. A fuir si aucune amélioration !!!

Può andare bene solo per soggiorni brevissimi o all’ultimo momento e in mancanza d’altro, in virtù del prezzo accessibile. Le camere sono comode, in bagno manca il bidet, la climatizzazione non è regolabile dalla stanza e la colazione è ridotta all’essenziale, tendente allo scarso per quanto riguarda le possibilità di scelta.

Spa hours are restrictive. AC did not work. We had 3 rooms and none of the rooms could be adjusted below 79 degrees F. Hot, humid, hard to sleep.

Property is in a nice, safe and quiet area. Very close to San Giovanni Rotundo (St. Padre Pio Shrine). Very pretty hotel. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff, however they do not speak English. I spoke some Italian, but you may want to download an app on your phone for translating. Otherwise, everything was great.

In a great spot a little away from town but not too far. Staff and facilities are great. More of an Italian breakfast but makes great pizzas on the spot for meals. Air conditioning is a little warm but enjoyed our stay. Very bright and light.

Es ist zu beachten, dass der Wellness getrennt von den Zimmerpreisen ist. Der Swimmingpool ist ein großer Whirlpool gehörend zum Wellnessbereich und 1 m hoch. Ansonsten alles ok. Essen war hervorragend, schade dass es kein hausgemachtes Dessert gab, sondern nur industrielles. Die Gegend war sehr entspannend.

El edificio está bien, pero las habitaciones tenian malos detalles. Ta tapa del water de plástico, que no correspondía con el modelo del mismo y amarilleaba bastante. El desagüe del lavabo tenia color ennegrecido, sin cromado. Son detalles que requieren muy poca inversión y dicen mucho.
El aire acondicionado estaba centralizado y metia ruido.
El desayuno continental, correcto.
El comedor bonito y limpio

Ottima struttura e personale molto efficiente e disponibile.
Bellissimo aprire le porte della stanza e trovarsi in mezzo alla natura.

The hotel was so accommodating!! They took us to see padre pio and picked us up. The food was great and the rooms were clean.

Sono stato 4 notti posizione panoramica, zona silenziosa, pulizia ottima, colazione soddisfacente, personale molto cordiale ci ritorno fra 2 anni

A beautiful hotel located at the end of town overlooking the hills and valley and a short drive from San Giovanni Rotondo the town where the Padre Pio cathedral is located a very busy religious tourist town.

The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond! This is a very special visit to San Marco in Lamis for us and has now been made extra special thanks to the staff here.
