The property is located in an area that felt very safe and was within walking distance of a train station to easily travel as needed. Was also located near several restaurants and shops to pick up anything needed.

The room was great aside from the shower. The large shower head in the ceiling had very poor water flow while the handheld nozzle had much more power. My room was located on the lowest level of the property which was very secure but also a bit noisy since I could hear all foot traffic activity in the front office which was directly above my room. The breakfasts each morning were great with a lot of variety. I would recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in the London area.

Enjoyed the location, room, and courtyard breakfasts

Rooms were way smaller than they look in the photos. The shower is quite tiny and needs some sort of upgrading in order to prevent water from getting out as it can easily become a hazard. Staff was quite pleasant and kind. Due to ny jetlag, i ended up waking up after checkout time and checked out like 30 minutes late. Staff was so understanding

The property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Near to restaurants and shops.

Very nice hotel located off Kensington High Street. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is a combination of a cooked buffet breakfast with cold continental options too.

The room looked very nice. However, it was very impractical. Way, way too small.

Great breakfast, easy walk to Knightsbridge road, ten minutes to tube

Nice property with great staff on quiet street. Not much dining options nearby but close to bus stop. Lift is only operational for one out of the three days that we stayed.

Very clean and fresh towels daily and room cleaned each day. Very close to Olympia Station if you want to use trains/tubes. If you want to go to Buckingham Palace, turn left, walk down to end of street, turn left and go 1 block. #9 bus takes you in to town. Great place to stay unless the elevator breaks and you have a disabled parent with you. Not so easy to take luggage up and down, either. Young man on the desk was extremely rude when elevator broke twice during our stay. All other staff were great! Breakfast adequate, but nothing special. Shower was great, but could use grab bars for disabled persons. Would probably stay again.

Condition of property was good but ever time someone opened a door, the door to my room banged against the frame waking me up multiple times.

Despite mild weather outside it was also very hot so had to sleep with the air conditioning on.

The basement room was nice and quiet.
The breakfast was a bit sparse by 8 am, though.

Fab hotel. Friendly staff and beautiful furnished room. Only a few things that were an issue. The TV had a signal issue and did not work. There was faulty light in the bathroom which made the bathroom extra dark.

Good location for access to central London, or travel to Wimbledon for tennis.
Very friendly and accommodating staff (in the main).
Room in basement did have windows, but was quite dark and overall maintenance could be improved. Bathroom very dull, as one of the spotlights and the over mirror lights were broken. Informed reception (don’t think this was news to them) and nil fixed whilst we were there.
It was pretty quiet at night, which was great. Pillows included a memory foam option that was comfy, but unfortunately mattresses not great.
Breakfast ok - pretty limited options (same every day) and hot food not very hot.

Older hotel but great price for London. Staff was very friendly. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious.
