Great place to stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for getting around London. Rooms were small but comfortable. Hot breakfast included 😋

Horribly overpriced - ridiculous small room/bathroom, never cleaned windows and dirty courtyard.
Pros:

Bed was confortable, OK.

Cons:

Bedroom (nº13) : far smaller than visible on the listing, no place to put on and open my luggage, just 30cm between a mini desk and bed, so no place to sit and work anywere except on the bed, felt like in a prison cell. Room window was small and extremely dirty so light would hardly come through (visibly no outside cleaning).
Bathroom: extremely small too, with bare minimum 25 ml mini-shampoo bottles which is completely insufficient if ever you have long hair; not functioning humidity extractor, so the mirror gets damped after just 10 mn showering ; also very poor lighting (only 1 week spot in the ceiling) so you cannot see in the mirror how your skin looks like in order to apply make up - I had to improvise, place a hand mirror on the outside window frame to be able to look at myself with a minimum of sunlight and do my make up.
Breakfast was bare minimum - wet cold (defrozen or 4 days old?) croissants. Tables are not dressed for you, you have to pick up your plate and cuttlery like if you were a student in a cafeteria.
Breakfast (veranda) room: incredibly dirty glass ceiling - visibly, the property does not care to clean anything outside.
Courtyard, where I hoped (from the listing) that I could sit and relax: is a joke ... plastic grass, worn out plastic greens on the walls, floor full of old garden leaves, water fountain not functioning, sinks filled with dirty old brown water, a few metal chairs without any cushions and just incredible : visibly spread there in the only "community", open space : big bags full of dirty laundry.
Stairways: regularly obstructed by cleaning caddies dropped in the middle of the way.

So no words to describe the huge disappointment and feeling that the property took over an old house to slice former rooms in 2, hoping to make easy money through proximity to Olympia, but without caring a bit about basic service and cleaning (except making the rooms). Cheep immigrant personal. A real scam for 190€ / night!!!!!

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, immaculately clean and cosy room. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to be and just as described.

Cons:

Minor issues of only having hand towels and no bath towels, but aside from that would stay again for sure

Brief but very lovely - ideal for district line - aren't as regular as other stations so definitely check times prio

Pros:

Номер был небольшой,но очень уютный,чистый.Были все удобства.Персонал очень отзывчивый.Завтрак был хороший.

Cons:

Не понравился слив в душе.Душ был без ограждения ,вода сливалась медленно и весь пол был мокрым.Невозможно было ходить по мокрому полу.
