Cons:

Hotel staff was very welcoming and caring , I would say 10/10 for them . Shower head in 122 need replacement as it could not be adjusted to my height. Looked like old model and couldn’t adjust water pressure .

Most upsetting thing was about the Spa. One of the Spa staff(lady) was rude , when asked couple of questions she asked me to walk up to Spa to find answers). She sounded desperate to do booking and not provide details of the therapy properly. When the hotel staff is good with such 1-2 people guests will get upset.

Fantastic property, warm and helpful staff, made our overnight stay very enoyable.
Pros:

There was a mixup about our bookings, but that was sorted out by the staff, who also upgraded one of our rooms to a suite. Customer delight. Had a very satisfying dinner at the restaurant, after a hard day's driving from Jaipur.

Comfort, food, travel. Everything was good.
Pros:

Courteous Staff and quiet rooms. Food options were great. Great locality. There can be more international cuisines at least on a rotational basis.

Fabulous stay at a prime location in Indore !
Pros:

Stay at WOW crest was nice and comfortable since our rooms were spacious with all amenities in place. Clean washrooms and cozy furnishings made it a comfortable stay. Fine dining at rooftop restaurant was like 'the cherry on top of the cake'. Staff was courteous and prompt in service. Routine jobs were done on time and without mentioning which is a must for the hospitality industry. Recommending the stay at WOW crest on visiting Indore - the Cleanest City on the Globe.

Not so great experience to stay in this hotel for the room size. Location, food etc. are good.
