Our stay and experience at WOW crest IHCL Indore was exceptional. We were treated very well by Ms. Sakshi Joshi from the front office. She was caring, helpful and very cooperative. Special thanks to her.

Ausgezeichnetes Buffet, man sollte auf jeden Fall mit Frühstück buchen. Abends kann man dann zwischen den beiden Restaurants aussuchen, beide sind gut.
Super freundliches Personal, insbesondere der Zimmerservice.

Chauffeur Krishna was a great help & drove very well. Well behaved & polite. Great experience kudos to Krishna.
The stay was comfortable with all amenities. The gym can be improved with more equipments. Mr Krishna dropped me on time to the airport.

Room Service needs improvement, not at IHCL standards. Have to do follow ups with house keeping team for stuff like toiletries, water etc.

The stay was absolutely beautiful, the hotel room was quite neat and tidy, and I enjoyed the food at the constellations restaurant which is on the ground floor. Visited ujjain and the vehicle was arranged by the travel desk at the hotel, Mr. Jithin Bellboy, coordinated and made sure the journey was safe and smooth. Overall, a great divine stay.
