The stay was absolutely beautiful, the hotel room was quite neat and tidy, and I enjoyed the food at the constellations restaurant which is on the ground floor. Visited ujjain and the vehicle was arranged by the travel desk at the hotel, Mr. Jithin Bellboy, coordinated and made sure the journey was safe and smooth. Overall, a great divine stay.

Hotel is nice. Got upgraded to a spacious suite which was a nice touch. Only the pool is small for the hotel size. Chauffeur pick up and drop from the airport was good. Chauffeur Krishna took us through a route without any red lights which was good.

Great experience and very soft spoken staff.

I had a wonderful stay here for 7 days, and my overall experience was very comfortable and pleasant. The entire staff was extremely cooperative, polite, and always ready to help whenever needed.

A special mention to Ms. Anita Singh, who took care of room cleaning during my stay. She is kind, hardworking, and very dedicated to her work. Her positive attitude and excellent service made my stay even more comfortable.

I would also like to mention Mr. Satyajeet Singh, a trainee who had joined recently. Even though I interacted with him for only a day, his friendly, respectful, and helpful nature left a great impression. He was especially very warm and friendly with my child, which was truly appreciated.

The only thing I felt was missing was a play area for children. It would be a wonderful addition for families traveling with kids.

Overall, I had a great experience. The hospitality, cleanliness, and supportive staff made my stay enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
