Pros:

Good localization. Clean room.

Cons:

No proper english-communication and langauage knowledge at reception and at the restarurant services, neither hotel car drivers.
No lot of choices about continental breakfeast. Too much local and indian foods. Too loud and noisy music and entertainment by restaurant during the day and in the evening too.

Cons:

My stay at WOW Crest, Indore, unfortunately did not meet the standards I anticipated based on the property's reputation. I found the overall hotel amenities to be lackluster and not well-maintained, and the room quality itself was quite disappointing, feeling outdated and failing to provide the level of comfort I expected. Furthermore, the service from several staff members was notably lacking, as there was a general absence of attentiveness and professionalism throughout my visit. Overall, the experience was quite disheartening, and the stay did not reflect the quality or standard of service I expected for a property of this caliber.
