Bello ma peccato che sia andata così questa volta

La struttura è eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista, posizione pulizia servizi

Cons:

Sono un amante degli animali, ma se vado in un resort come questo e nonostante paghi 15€ in più per stare in prima fila e mi ritrovo circondato a destra e sinistra da cani che abbaiano all’infinito (e che sono comodamente adagiati sulle sdraie), preferisco andare in spiaggia libera lontano da tutti e risparmiare o starmene a casa.

Sehr gut,. komfortable - einladend und äußerst freundlich
Pros:

Eine super Unterkunft, gepflegt äußerst freundlich, dezente Musik, und die Nähe zum Strand mit eigenen Liegen hervorragend. Und ausreichend Parkplätze. Super Frühstücks Buffets.

Ach ja und was uns noch sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, keine störende beschallende " bunga-bunga Musik" sondern alles angenehme ruhig.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück muss man feststellen, dass anscheinend typisch regional es doch ein wenig süßlastig ist , wer es mag okay. Und so fanden wir einen sehr freundlichen Herrn der gekonnt Tortenteile auf Wunsch servierte, aber eben keine herzhaften Dinge wie Rüherei, Speck, warme Eier oder Änliches, für den, der eher so etwas bevorzugt.

Ach ja, Obst vorhanden, " Grünezeug' , wie Gurke Paprika Tomaten haben wir qnicht gesehen.aber Salatblätter.

Andere Länder und andere Regionen bedeuten auch eben auch oft immer andere Gepflogenheiten.

Gespaart wird das ganze, wie teils auch beschrieben und nachzulesen wirklich mit einzelnen Briesen ländlichen Geruchs ! Nicht stark und auch nur in Teilbereichen, aber eben doch teils wahrnehmbar.

Uns hat's nicht gestört .....

Fantastic service, peaceful and clean!
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, lovely beach. The staff were amazing and so attentive, best customer service experience we have had in a while.

Cons:

Slightly too far from the town but that’s all!

Struttura accogliente, camere super, servizi essenziali ed efficienti.

Cons:

Più che non piaciuto, due piccoli consigli, creare qualche piccolo intrattenimento serale per gli ospiti e cercare di rimediare al cattivo odore , non sempre presente, derivato delle aziende agricole vicine. Un vero peccato.

A wonderful, relaxing stay with excellent facilities, a beautiful pool and beach, and outstanding service.
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay! The pool and the beach were wonderful, and the whole experience was very comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. The service was excellent throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Ermelinda and Romesh, who were absolutely wonderful and made our experience even better.

They also decorated our room beautifully for our daughter’s birthday, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable.

We had a great time and would happily stay here again!

Cons:

The only small suggestion we would make is that having some fans in the breakfast and dinner area would make a big difference, especially on warmer days.

Fairly good but overpriced for the whole experience, was expecting more value for money
Pros:

The staff from the restaurant and bar are very helpful and kind, the pool and the restaurant are really good too. The room was also very nice and fresh, nice outside space and playground for the children.

Cons:

We started on the wrong foot as when we arrived to our junior suite our child bed was not done, bare in mind the room had a matrimonial bed, single bed and sofa bed, on the details of our booking said child up to 2 years old didn’t had extra charges, after speaking with reception team they told us that to use the single bed already on the room would be extra charge of 25€ a day, even tough we already paid for this suite over 1100€ for 5 days. The reception staff weren’t helpful and blamed booking for not being clear with that on the platform. What’s the point of booking a Junior suite if the child it’s only free of charge if it sleeps on our matrimonial bed with the parents? Felt a bit of scam to be fair.
The private beach it’s not very good, no access to drinks or food, also can’t seem to swim there as the lifeguard said it was too dangerous and told us 3 people died there (not very professional) and asked us to swim on the lido on the left which belongs to a different resort. Everyday was red flag even tough the waves were very small.

C’era sempre posto per l’auto e abbiamo trovato un’ottima offerta. I rumori dei lavori edili si sentivano appena. Buon servizio di pulizia e molto spazio. Piscina ottima. Sdrai senza costi aggiuntivo ottimo.

Cons:

Il personale era disponibile e si impegnava, ma soprattutto durante la colazione a buffet c’era più personale di quanto fosse necessario per servire gli ospiti in modo efficiente. I tempi di attesa per cibo e bevande erano lunghi. Non erano disponibili asciugamani per la spiaggia o la piscina. La sera si sentiva un odore di acque reflue, come già segnalato da altri ospiti.
