Не ми хареса изтичането на лична информация от рецепцията за рождения ден на съпругата ми. Ако желаех лично бих отишъл при диджея да я поздравя . Разни хора разни идеали.

Pros:

В хотела беше много чисто, топло. Стаите са реновирани, удобни матраци. Има хавлии за спа. Водата в басейна е много чиста . Въобще очаровани сме от поддържаната чистота. Има вода , кафе и чай на разположение, както и кана за топла вода.

Cons:

Персоналът е малко отегчен като че ли. Няма усмивки, едни стегнати и уморени.

Pros:

Останахме изключително доволни , както и това, че пинчерчето ни имаше пълна свобода без спа центъра.
Като първо посещение беше супер.

Cons:

За това ниво и цена, може би следва да се предлагат както чехли така и принадлежности като четка и паста за зъби.
В почивните дни сметосъбиращият камион минава доста рано ок.7:30ч. и вдига шум.

Pros:

Любезен персонал, чисто, разнообразна закуска като щом нещо свършваше, веднага се зареждаше от персонала. Стаята бе с балкон и достатъчно голяма.

Cons:

В СПА центъра има само една сауна и солна стая. Определено за такъв голям хотел би било хубаво да има повече топли помещения, място за релакс със лежанки-такова няма.

La grandezza della stanza. Accesso illimitato sauna e stanza del sale e piscina.

Cons:

Il bagno puzzava un po' di fogna pur essendo al 3 piano e la vasca da bagno è troppo alta per essere scavalcata. Per la cena inclusa ho usufruito solo del buffet che pur essendo vario non aveva una grande qualità. I servizi estetici a pagamento sono troppo cari.

Pros:

Закуската е много добра, но за два дни престой е еднообразна; Вечерите бяха много добре и различни предложения имаше и за двете вечери. Доволна останах от наличието на магазин за бански и плувни принадлежности. Предлага се в стаята като комплимент вода,чай и кафе с кана.

Cons:

Не се предлагат аксесоари в банята -като шампоан,балсам и др.подобни. Басейна -дъното не беше добре почистен.Душ кабината в сауната нямаше осветление.

Почти всяка година посещаваме хотела.
Съотношение цена/качество си е супер.

Асансьора създава голямо неудобство !
Голямо чакане, изнервящо е.
Пода в спа центъра, конкретно около басейните трябва да се смени или да се помисли нещо са обезопаси придвижването. Опасно за малки и за големи !!!
