Clean and Comfortable, but Limited Reception Hours
Pros:

They were kind enough to upgrade us to a better room. The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

However, the reception is only open between 4 and 7 pm, which means that if you need anything outside of these hours, there is no one available to assist you. There is an emergency number you can call, but the person does not speak English and takes hours to respond. We had an emergency during our stay, and it took hours for him to reply, saying: "We do not work on holidays (Easter)." I believe a hotel should operate 24/7.
