Dirty but friendly
Pros:

Bedclothes dirty, and so was the remote, the menu and meny other items.

I am sure Bedclothes were washed / cleaned but it still has several stains.

However, perhaps the most friendly and accommodating place and employees I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with

And the place itself is beautiful. Small place which suits me well.

Pros:

Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Staff were all lovely and nothings too much trouble the restaurant toilets were immaculate as well.
The wee floor mat outside the room bathroom needs renewing.

Overall a quiet resort and a great nights sleep.

Pros:

All the staff were amazing from front desk (Andy, et al), restaurant staff and cleaning crew.
The thoughtfulness and hospitality of every person was outstanding. I can’t wait to return. We went shopping per Andy’s recommendations and got beautiful items to bring home.

Can not recommend this place enough.

Pros:

This was an absolutely terrible experience and had to check into a different hotel. Manager and staff not receptive or helpful. All I'm all this was the worst hotel that I have ever attempted to stay at

Pros:

We had the nicest room - quiet and close to beach and bar/restaurant. Friendly and knowledgeable local staff. We enjoyed company of other guests from around the globe as well as India. food was above average... especially South Indian/Goan dishes. Beach is clean with nice waves and tidal flats for endless waking, Only issue is the WiFi is spotty-
And know you have to get picked up in a Jeep from Colva beach parking lot- we would go again!

Nice location,on the beach.not crowded,peace of mind.You can relax on sun beads of Hotel and enjoy the food and drinks watching the sunset.Hotel rooms are ok need to renovate.AC room is better than Non AC.If you want to stay by the beach it's a good place.No room service ,Hotel staff is helpful though.
