Sai Gon Park Hotel

Pros-Convenient to places we wanted to see , cleaning done regularly .
Cons- We were moved at a different hotel and was looking for the city view as per the description of the room. We got the luxury triple room by the way, but there was no city view . Wifi was poor and slow .

スタッフの人は気さくで、言う事はありませんでした。ホテルの前のYo coffeeのスタッフも、鬼滅の刃の日本語版の時間帯を調べてくれました。歩いて30秒のところには、毎日食べても飽きないおいしいお店があり、かわいいおばあちゃんが料理を作ってくれました。総合的に、もう一度泊まりたいホテルになりました。

Walking distance to Bui Vien across the park. There is a market underground in the park for food and shopping.

A warning for travelers. The hotel owner tried to pull a bait and switch scam on us when we arrive to check-in. Initially, he claimed our room was given to another person. We had booked it over a month before arrival. He proceeded to take our luggage down the street to a second building named the Hoang Hotel, which can not be found on any booking site or Google Maps. We clearly told them we refused to stay with them and requested a full refund. They refused, so we did call the police who came pretty quickly. The police officer confirmed the hotel was in breach of contract and told them to refund us. The hotel owner called his wife to deal with the situation and they kept making excuses on why they could not give us our money. They blamed it on Expedia not paying them for a month and we would be gone by the time the money became available for a refund. We are conducting business in Vietnam, so we did give them the option to deliver the refund to our lawyer's office which they balked at doing. They also told the police officer that the room was given to a tired female traveler, so it was unavailable to us. The police officer saw through their lie. At which point, they changed their story again and said it was immediately available for us. It was late and we left to stay elsewhere. The next day we followed the police officers instruction and reported the hotel to the People's Committee and attended the local police station to make a report. The hotel is still being investigated.

Convenient location

Safe snd clean. Small hotel in a good location. This is basically a no frills hotel. 24/7 front desk and securiy. Definitely get a room with a window.

Room was spotless when first open the door with pleasant scent, unlike other hotel the room often smells like bleach or heavy duty cleaner solution. Very nice people at front desk let me check in at 11am. Thank you mgnt of Saigon Park hotel

Although I was not satisfied with the air conditioning and the water pressure in the shower, the hotel was generally satisfactory.

Staff super friendly!

Elevator does not go up to all floors. Shampoo was in ketchup style packets. It’s Ok, but I do not recommend.

5/5 overall for how close everything was to us. Close to Bui Vien and Ben Thanh night market. Slight walk (25 mins) to time square. Easy for hotel pick ups if doing a tour.
