Un déplacement inutile.

J'ai réservé l'hôtel fleur de lys,
Il était fermé, à mon arrivée, ni acceuil,ni remboursable,des voleurs tt simplement,en plus il se situe dans un coin perdu de la campagne,route enneigée, aucun personnel au téléphone.

Cons:

Un remboursement de m non présence.
