The room is very nice, and it's in a good location.

Cons:

The breakfast was very boring, and it's the same everyday. The happy hour drinks were very bad. The staff were not very friendly, and they never apologized to us after they made a few mistakes on our bill.

Prachtige comfortabele en moderne kamer aan het zwembad. Mooie ruime badkamer met een eigen buitendouche. Fijn kleinschalig hotel die je veel service geven.

Cons:

Je moet er niet gaan eten s’avonds want het is heel erg duur. En wij vonden het ontbijt oké maar verwacht er niet te veel van.

Staff were great . More about Oct time of year. Not much life at the resort. Rooms should have a TV. No real association opportunities with anyone. Looked pretty empty. Not a slam just reality. Nothing really wrong just a sterile vibe

It's a beautiful hotel

Cons:

If you want to see what gentrification feels like. Come here.
Snobby and ultra expensive. You won't find any tico or latino guests here. You won't see them living around here either and you won't experience the best that Costa Rica has to offer: its people. There are other places in Guiones that don't feel like that.

Wunderbare Tage am Pazifik
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im The Gilded Iguana sehr genossen. Das Hotel war sehr familienfreundlich und die Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr nett. Das Frühstück war im guten Schnitt von Costa Rica.

Cons:

Die Getränke im Hotel waren überdurchschnittlich teuer.

Pros:

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property has excellent facilities, everything was very well organized, spotless, and of great quality. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming, which made us feel truly at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we felt well cared for in every moment. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Pros:

Drinks barely contained alcohol and were mostly ice and @ $21 each that’s ridiculous. Tips were included but when asked the waiter lied and said no they were not. Hotel attempted to charge me for services I did not receive. Some staff could have been friendlier. The housekeeper was excellent. The food was good. The pool was nice
