Beautiful property which is managed very well.

Staff are excellent, happy and very polite and helpful.

From check in to check out, everything went smoothly and everyone was incredibly friendly and kind. A huge huge shoutout to Brenda at the pool for her amazing attentive service, her fun and genuine conversations. She is truly the one who took our experience over the top. Any need was taken cared instantly by whichever person you ask amongst the hotel team. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Stayed here with a group of friends during 110° weather. The pool kept us cool the entire time with misters on the chairs too. We ordered drinks and snacks poolside which were so good.

This is a gem in the desert. A small boutique hotel tucked away and secluded from the busy tourist areas. The pool area is lovely and the guests are well taken care of by attendants. The rooms are unique with fun and well-done decorations and are well appointed with amenities. My stay was short but when next in the desert I look forward to spending more time relaxing and enjoying the property.

2nd trip and guest stay at The Sands.
It's the best spot, in my opinion, for adults only laid back but fun vibe. The Pink Cabana is a must. The flat iron steak frites is incredible! Please don't take it off the menu. Staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. Just book it!

Wife and I went for our birthday! Staff were all amazing friendly from Mckenzie, Jeremy and other blonde girl(forgot name) at FD, and Liz. Brenda pool side server was amazing fast great service friendly and warm. Wife got the Spa services and was blownaway how great she felt afterwards.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. Kenzie, Liz, Summer, Brenda, and McKenzie each played an important role in making us feel like valued guests. Their genuine kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personalities transformed an already beautiful property into something truly special. They didn’t just provide great service—they created lasting memories.

We stayed here for a micro wedding and it did not disappoint! From the amenities to the staff, everything was top notch and comfortable. The pool in the heart of the hotel was such a nice focal point, and the Pink Cabana was such a fun and on theme restaurant. Can’t wait to come back on another trip!

We had an incredible stay at the Sands Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway. Our goal was simply to spend a few days unwinding by the pool, and the experience exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you to our poolside servers, Mckhenzy and Brenda, who were consistently attentive, friendly, and ensured we always had everything we needed. Their exceptional service allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time.

We also had a wonderful dinner at the Pink Cabana. To celebrate our anniversary, our server, Justine, surprised us with a complimentary glass of champagne, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. She was warm, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided outstanding service throughout the evening.

What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the entire staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, and even the general manager, Bruno, took the time to stop by and chat with us to make sure our stay was going well.

From start to finish, every detail contributed to a fantastic experience. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. A truly exceptional stay 10/10!

Absolutely lovely! The resort is in a strip mall but once you walk onto the premises you are transported. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming
