We had an incredible stay at the Sands Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway. Our goal was simply to spend a few days unwinding by the pool, and the experience exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you to our poolside servers, Mckhenzy and Brenda, who were consistently attentive, friendly, and ensured we always had everything we needed. Their exceptional service allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time.

We also had a wonderful dinner at the Pink Cabana. To celebrate our anniversary, our server, Justine, surprised us with a complimentary glass of champagne, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. She was warm, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided outstanding service throughout the evening.

What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the entire staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, and even the general manager, Bruno, took the time to stop by and chat with us to make sure our stay was going well.

From start to finish, every detail contributed to a fantastic experience. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. A truly exceptional stay 10/10!

We hosted a small destination wedding for family and friends at the Sands. It was precious ! Rooms were amazing , food incredible and service top notch. Exceeded expectations by far ! Olivia and her staff were amazing !

Beautiful, cozy property. Great service, I felt as if I was in a tropical paradise instead of the desert! Only issue was street noise when sitting on the patio.

We’ve stayed here twice now it’s a lovely experience. I’d recommend trying to book when it’s under 300 bucks, any higher than that I’d say isn’t worth it

This is our 3rd visit to The Sands and it was perfection as usual. This was a one night anniversary/birthday visit and the attention to detail and care was amazing. I requested a chilled bottle of wine to surprise my spouse and they in turn surprised us with an additional bottle of champagne chilled and waiting for us. This level of care is why I cannot recommend them enough whether is a week or an evening.

Stop what you’re doing and book your stay. You won’t be disappointed. A huge thank you to the staff that brings Sands to life.

Summer at the front desk was so lovely and helpful! She helped me feel so special on my birthday. I really appreciated the personal touches. She is the best! Enjoyed the surprise margarita shots delivered to everyone at the pool! The bathtub room was luxurious and the bed was very comfy. I can't wait to come back ASAP.

The Holiday House is our go to hotel in Palm Springs. Unfortunately, they were booked on the second night of our last minute getaway. Fortunately, I was talking to Juan(food & Beverage MGR) and he asked if we had ever stayed at The Sands. We decided to check it out and we are glad we did. Both hotels have a great attentive staff, fun relaxed, boutique, adult only vibe. The food and cocktail's poolside were great, and it is so nice to be able to eat at a restaurant steps from your room. I highly recommend both these properties!
