Wonderful boutique hotel if you’re good with stairs.
Pros:

Location perfect. Room large and comfortable. Staff eager to please.

Cons:

Too many steps!!!! A hike up to the entrance and then no elevator inside. I guess that is not something they can change but people need to know it.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good short walk to a shopping center and some restaurants.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, недалеко от центра, рядом много магазинов и кафе. Персонал хороший, старается. Есть возможность недорого(310 сом) позавтракать в кафе при отеле. Большой холодильник в номере. Есть сейф. Говорящий попугай Рома в холле.

Cons:

Ремонтные работы днем в здании , где расположен отель. Очень жесткий матрас. Иногда неприятный запах в туалете. Шум ночью от работающей вентиляции соседнего кафе, окно не откроешь.

Do not cage parrots!!!!
Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, booking two nights in a Suite and one night in a Superior Suite. Overall, I had a mixed experience, with some very positive aspects but also one SERIOUS CONCERN.
Starting with the rooms: I actually preferred the Suite, even though it was the more affordable option. It was spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light, which made it a very pleasant place to stay. In contrast, the Superior Suite felt darker and less inviting, despite being more expensive. For me, it did not offer the same level of comfort or atmosphere as the regular Suite.

However, my low rating is not about the rooms themselves — it is entirely due to a very troubling issue. The hotel keeps a parrot in a cage, placed in a hallway without direct natural light. In this day and age, there is no justification for keeping a bird confined like this purely for display.
The parrot appeared to be in poor condition. It had very few feathers, and it seemed likely that this could be due to stress, possibly from plucking its own feathers. It looked unwell and, honestly, quite depressed. Seeing this was deeply upsetting.
For this reason alone, I am giving a low rating. I strongly urge the hotel to reconsider this practice from an animal welfare and conservation perspective, and to transfer the parrot to a proper sanctuary or conservation center where it can receive appropriate care.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it would make a significant difference.

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar confortavelmente em Bishkek
Pros:

Quarto é excelente e muito espaçoso. Banheiro ótimo e muito confortável. Localização boa no geral, a 10 minutos a pé da praça Ala-Too. Equipe ótima e atenciosa.

Cons:

Não inclui café da manhã, que pode ser adquirido no estabelecimento ao lado.

Good location, bad services.
Pros:

The only good things I have experienced in this hotel is the location.

Cons:

The WiFi connection is not worked and there was no solution. After that the electrical sockets were not worked and there was no solution. Room was cold and the heater was useless because the electricity did not work.

Приятные и вежливые сотрудники, уютные номера со всем необходимым, удачное расположение (рядом ТЦ, банки, напротив круглосуточный магазин). Разрешили заселиться на несколько часов раньше времени. Отдельное спасибо
