Airco was wat matig waardoor kamer nogal warm was.
Receptie wil je graag tourtjes laten boeken via ene Ruslan. Prijzen van deze tours zijn schrikbarend duur!

Prima overnachting voor een trip naar Bishkek.
Pros:

De kamer was oké, een beetje gedateerd, maar prima voor een of een paar nachten, vooral wel erg ruim. Het ontbijt is bij de buren, in hun restaurant, daar moesten we nog los voor betalen. Het ontbijt was prima, maar niet heel smaakvol en alleen van een menu, dus geen lopen buffet. Het personeel was altijd aanwezig bij de balie, maar niet altijd even behulpzaam. Je kon parkeren naast het hotel in een openbare parkeergarage, daar betaal je een 24-uurstarief. Dus niet bij het hotel zelf. Het hotel lag in een zijstraat en niet aan de openbare weg, waardoor dat wel wat rust gaf.

Cons:

We hadden een aantal dingen die in de kamer steeds kapot gingen, zoals de kluis. Dan kwam er steeds wel een medewerker aan, maar je wilt natuurlijk voor het geld een kamer waarin alles werkt.
Het personeel was aan de ene kant heel vriendelijk, maar ze sprake vaak zo slecht engels dat ze ook vaker vragen niet konden beantwoorden. Bijvoorbeeld hadden we hulp nodig bij de parkeergarage (waar het hotel zelf naar verwijst), maar dan konden ze ons niet helpen. Of als we iets vroegen over een activiteit in de buurt, dan hadden ze geen idee.

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff was great, they helped us. Also the location was okay.

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean. The toilet seat was broken. Also it wasn’t worth the money.

Don't book a standard room
Pros:

Cons:

Stayed the week before in a deluxe room, which was triple the size, more comfortable bed, curtains that actually kept sun out. Standard room was only $5 less per night and wish I had paid the extra for the deluxe
