Comfortable stay
Pros:

Location, nice big room, nice bathroom with heated floor. Helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

No bedside light, comforter on bed was very short from shoulders to knees. Shower, 50% of shower water leaked from the shower head.
Small things but take away from full enjoyment.

Pros:

A very spacious beautiful and most importantly clean hotel room. The staff is extremely helpful and very polite. Hotel itself is beautiful as well, lobby on the second floor is nicely decorated.

Overall me and my wife have a pleasant stay in the hotel.
Pros:

The friendly staff, very good service, and best location to walk around the city is one of the reason why I like the hotel.
There are lots of restaurant nearby, city parks to relax and a mall. I want to acknowledge the all staff specially to Merrim.

Cons:

Nothing you wouldn't like on this hotel.

Pros:

Отель прикольный, чистый, все удобства , номер большой, убираются каждый день. В соседнем здании хорошее кафе Мубарак. Местоположение в центре: т.ц. Дордой плаза , цум и гум тоже в пешей доступности, площадь Ало тоо, музей исторический , караул, парк с колесом обозрения.
