Pros:

New & very clean but AC was preset so you couldn't cool room to your comfort, no real window, dark in room. No hair dryer available & no counter space in bathroom just a pedestal sink. Not deal breakers but something to be aware of. Also, no onsite restaurant. Have to go around corner to café.
