Hotel a propreté douteuse. Petit déjeuner : à éviter.

Jolie maison d'hotes dans la ville avec un cadre incroyable ( jardin, piscine..).
Le bus venant de la baie d'halong s'est arreté juste au coin de l'etablissement.
Chance incroyable quand on ne connait pas trop.
Proche de l'embarcadere pour faire un tour en bateau dans tam coc, la nourriture du restaurant de la maison d'hotes est bonne.
Le personnel est tres sympathique

Un peu pressé tout de même pour nous vendre un circuit que l'on aurait trouvé moins cher à l'extérieur de l'hôtel
Tarif restaurant un peu cher mais très bon et offre réduction proposée sans le demander

땀꼭 중심부에 위치해 있어서 주변 관광지를 둘러보기 편하다.근처에 좋은 식당이 많이 있어서 식사하기에도 더없이 좋았다.선택을 잘 했다고 본다. 2박3일을 잘 보냈다.

well location and convenient, great view with a colorful garden. Especially the swimming pool right at the central made us impressed.
super friendly staff, they always smile when you see them and willing to assist whenever needed with their best.
Room was spacious but cozy with nice view.
We had a wonderful stay, definitely come back bext time

I rate 4/5 with one star down because the bathroom wasn’t very nice. Our shampoo / body was dispensers didn’t work, you had to wait 10 minutes for the hot water to heat up and we had a giant weird cement block in the middle of the floor that you had to partially step on to be under the water that was slimy. That being said, the property was an adorable oasis with plants everywhere and felt like a sanctuary. The breakfast was a nice touch to have included. The location is amazing right in the heart of Tom Coc but it’s was still quite but walkable to all the good eateries and bars. The pool was there too however the water looked cloudy so we didn’t use it. A lot of places around will provide bikes to rent or for free but they didn’t have any. They did have motorbikes available apparently though. Staff 10/10!

Very reasonable price in a great location in a smaller town near the local attractions. We enjoyed the hospitality and the breakfast included with the hotel. We would definitely recommend this place to other travelers

Accueil très sympathique par Louan qui parle un excellent français. C'est vraiment la personne indispensable à l'établissement:avec une puissance de travail incroyable dans tous les domaines accueil, restauration, organisation des location vélos motos, excursions, ... du matin très tôt au soir tard elle toujours très efficace.

La Belle Vie is ideally situated, a short walk from most of the best rated restaurants in Tam Coc and even the Tam Coc boat tours. The people who run the place are friendly and helpful and just really nice on top of it all. They also handle tour arrangements for the various attractions in the area and can arrange for scooter rentals and bus and train tickets too.

If you want a place that's in the heart of town, you really can't go wrong with them. An easy scooter ride away is pretty much everything you'll want to see in the area.

It was a very central place. The people were very friendly and the homestay was cozy and we'll kept. The rooms were decent size but didn't have any place to keep our luggage or bags. Or even a shelf in wardrobe (only hanging). Would have preferred that. Else it was a lovely place.

The staff here are amazing. They go way beyond expectations to take care of anything you need. We really enjoyed staying here.

I am mind blown by how much kindness that the workers at this hotel have shown us. We arrived earlier than the check in time and yet they still let us check into the hotel. They helped us called a private driver (also super kind) who was able to drive us around Ninh Binh for 2 days, all for less than $100. We only stayed a night but after checking out, they let us store our baggage for free until nighttime. They allowed us to shower for free, even going as far as providing towels for us. When we needed a car to head to the train, they called a driver for us again and the worker drove one of us (no space in the car because of luggage) on his moped for free. On top of that, they gave us a huge water bottle to drink on the train for free. This was honestly one of the most considerate and accommodating stay that I’ve ever had considering how the price of the hotel is pretty cheap. The hotel itself is also very good. It is exactly as it is in the photos. Clean, beautiful garden, and convenient location. Definitely come here and you would not regret it.

We were greeted by the cutest family and immediately shown to our room even though we arrived a few hours early. Even though it is called a homestay it still feels like a hotel which is nice as you have your own space. The buildings are really cute but a little bit cold in winter, if you have warm clothes you will be fine we just weren’t very prepared! The bed was huge and comfortable and everything is very clean. We have had some amazing breakfasts in Vietnam so this one wasn’t as amazing/filling but still there was someone making crepes and nice fresh fruit etc.

All in all great value for money!
