I have very nice stay.
Pros:

The room space is quite big. Bed size is large we got twin bed and it’s enough for 4 people, 2 people in each bed. Room is clean and decent to stay.

Cons:

The water heater didn’t work.

Cons:

Tất cả mọi thứ từ phòng, mùi thuốc tẩy nồng nặc không thở nổi từ ngõ vào đến quầy thu ngân rồi trong phòng, gián bò từ nhà vệ sinh ra đến ngoài giường ngủ, nhân viên thái độ ngay khi biết thuê phòng rẻ hơn. Phải đổi chỗ ngay trong đêm.

Pros:

Понравилось расположение рядом с крупным рынком, завтракали там. Старый квартал и озеро недалеко в 15 минутах ходьбы.
Комната просторная с двумя кроватями мы брали на три ночи, спали как в склепе без окон и в такой тишине, класс 👍 если не беспокоят мысли вдруг, пожар )))
Достаточно чистая, матрас самое то, минусы - напор воды в раковине был слабый, а в душе норм. Вода в большом бутыле у ресепшен, сама просила поменять полотенца, видимо надо было просить и уборку, ни разу не сделали, хотя уходя я в надежде вешала вывеску.
Администратор была строгая, но со временем стала добрая. У входа в отель дежурит таксист, мы с ним подружились, любопытный болтун.

Cons:

Уборку и замену полотенец без напоминаний пожалуйста. Берите оплату qr code, мы не любим носить наличные.

Cheap accommodation if you are on a budget and require a room with AC.

Broken facilities not being replaced even though reported. Room cleaning is non existent. No one spoke English or reception mannned

Cheap room rate.
Pros:

Location is not too bad. Room rates very cheap compared with other hotels.

Cons:

No one man the reception area. When is someone at the reception desk, they don’t speak English. First stay, the Tv wasn’t working. The second stay, the fridge was broken. Reported that fridge was broken, nothing was done. The room is initially clean, but bedding and towels are not being changed daily.

Ga nệm khá bẩn. Có vẻ như được tận dụng lại chứ không thay mới. Nhà vệ sinh nằm phía ngoài phòng để nhiều người dùng chung. Có vẻ như phòng nới thêm để tận dụng.

She was very helpful, she waited for us even tho we had a 2am check in. Really appreciate it. Also, REALLY noce bathroom and shower, which in vietnam is really appreciate it.
