Not standing for any 1 star hotel, didn’t have room phone for any emergency, or need , tv wasn’t working, poor wifi,pillow or comftible
Everything about the place was so so
Things were broken, not maintained
Industrial Interior with lamps looks beautiful.
Breakfast is not bad.
Not really clean and staff are not friendly, not well trained for service of 3star hotel should be performed.
This hotel is beautiful, they have done a great job with the aesthetics and the vibe. The gardens are beautiful and the restaurant is Devine and the food is great. The rooms are well appointed, they really tried to go for a modern feel, beds are super comfy and they give you 4 pillows which was a dream.

I can hear all the sounds from out there especially yang jaga parking kat bawah hotel its a bit uncomfortable for me :(

Breakfast was ok but not punctual
Staff not that attentive
We were staying at the new building. I love the Japanese vibes, the tatami bed was so comfortable. The room size was just enough. Shower pressure was satisfying.
Breakfast was so poor. Personally, I always consider hotel breakfast as one of the staycation experience. Breakfast needs to wonderful, both taste and variety.
Kalang Ulu failed to deliver that. Breakfast really really needs to be improved, considering the price we pay.
Staffs also need more training in hospitality.
