Lovely spacious room, with a good shower room. Everything we needed, plus some complimentary champagne and other treats. The view from the windows was amazing! The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Emplacement parfait, jardin somptueux, personnel très attentif.
The views, the gardens and the access to these when no public were around is definitely the bonus!
Room very basic and old for the price with a very small window for the lake views.

La pieza que nos tocó no responde al standar de un hotel 4 estrellas. Además, se inundó la pieza con el agua de la ducha, estaba tapado el desagüe. Poca respuesta del personal del hotel en solucionar la molestia. Hotel vende ticket para que los turistas conozcan al jardín, mal diseñado, molesta en el acceso al hotel y a los pasajeros.
Alla som jobbar där är så välkomnade och vi kände oss verkligen sedda och så otroligt trevligt bemötta under hela vår vistelse! Interiörer och exteriörer är fantastiska, så vackert och helt underbart!
The location and the gardens.
Given the cost per night, rooms are quite small and the overall facilities could do with a refurb. We didn’t feel the stay matched the cost. There is zero atmosphere throughout the hotel. We were told it was fully booked but the bar and restaurant area were empty in the evenings.
