Delightful and charming setting with wonderful staff and great location!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with so much charm! Location was superb! Staff were very pleasant and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend it!

Cons:

Needed black out curtains in rooms.

Pros:

Petit dejeuner et emplacement.

Cons:

Honteusement cher par rapport aux installations et pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles : Chambre standard trop petite, manque de rangement, tuyauterie bruyante, odeur de cuisine, pas de salon de repos, jardin botanique vendu comme faisant partie de l'hôtel, mais ouvert toute la journée à un public extérieur payant et privatisé à de nombreuses occasions et dont l'accès au public est dans l'hôtel !
Un personnel accueillant comme Gusieppe et l'équipe petit déjeuner mais une Area Manager indifférente aux remarques, un membre de l'accueil ne connaissant pas son travail et nous ayant donné de fausses informations à notre arrivée.

It was the highlight of our 3 week vacation in Italy!
Pros:

It was a magical place where the staff made you feel special. The location was amazing and so beautiful! Loved the amenities, breakfast, garden, shuttle to and from the train and the views.

Cons:

I could not think of one thing!

Gammel villa med flott hage. Men travelt og mange turister som surret ut og inn av fellesområdene. Hyggelig betjening

Beliggenheten og imøtekommende personell so gjorde sitt bestet.

Lite rom og bad, og få områder for gjestene. Gjennomtrekk av turister.

Gate of heaven was lovely
Pros:

The location was amazing, service was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was a wedding on the last day of our stay and we were made feel not important anymore. For checkout we were aloud to leave from outside rather coming in to even wash hands.

Pros:

Además de lo obvio, el lugar está por demás espectacular, el trato del personal, en nuestro caso Ricardo, fue maravilloso. Todos los servicios complementarios, apoyo en traslados, reservaciones etc increíble!

Cons:

Lo único que no me encantó es el paso constante y pesado de turistas a las áreas del hotel, no se siente privado o exclusivo. Pero entiendo que esos jardines se tienen que compartir.

Pros:

The location alone is sensastional, and being able to access the gardens when they are closed and not so hectic is great. The staff were so kind and helpful. The griffo transport from the train station makes getting your luggage down much easier. Definately take the time to have a drink after the gardens close to the public on the terrace.

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated on the inside including the rooms. THey're still completely serviceable but not a luxury stay in terms of the rooms themselves. Not a complaint but just so people are aware no food is served at the bar and theres no pool or immediate lake access for swimming.
