The hotel is situated just above town with complementary shuttle to wherever you wish. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and the spa lovely. The small kitchenette nicely appointed in the room and the view was lovely. and very comfortable beds. The restaurant was fantastic. The bar in the lobby a great place to stop for aperitivo.
This hotel feels luxurious without pretents.
A few misses since I am a designer and hospitality design is a specialty are the furnishings in the room. Two leather stools to act as bedside tables and a very uncomfortable loveseat in the living area. The dining chairs need cushions to add comfort. The tv had no internationalchannels available so a suggestion if thy want to attract more foreign tourists.
The bathroom shower was a rain head with strong water pressure but water goes everywhere if you’re not careful so adjust the pressure. The silver tray and stand lovely, but more storage is needed. A grab bar for older guests would be a great addition. The bath products they provide are lovely. The toilet in our room was unusually high. I felt short with my feet not touching the floor and I am 178 cm tall.
The armoire could not hold 5 days worth of clothing and I hate to live out of my suitcases but this is common in italy. Some other clothing wardrobe option or more hooks would be nice
Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay and a smooth departure, even opening the breakfast buffet early for us !

Ei meeldinud see, et broneerisin läbi Booking-u oma perele toa (2 täiskasvanut ja 3 last; 2.a , 11.a ja 14.a) ning peale esimest ööd hakkas majutusasutus mult raha juurde nõudma, kuna nende arvates on üle 8.aastased täiskasvanud ja neil sellised reeglid. Ehk soovitan antud majutusasutusega olla ettevaatlik, kui teil on lapsi, kelle vanust üla 8 aasta. Hommikusöök oli väga nigel, selliselt kohalt ootaks rikkalikumat hommikusöögi lauda

Beautiful room. Great views from communal areas and from the bedroom.
Excellent and very prompt shuttle service to and from the slopes.
The waiter service at breakfast wasn’t great. At times it was difficult to find the waiters and order cooked breakfast.
There website said that children under 14 were not allowed in the spa after 4pm. There were similar notices in the reception and the spa area.
This policy was not enforced. There were noisy children in the spa and in the jacuzzi.
Amazing! Free shuttle to town, which is less than a minute away.
