Struttura ordinata, pulita e ben tenuta. Oltre ad essere una caratteristica ‘cave’.
Posizione perfetta, lontana dal caos del centro con anche possibilità di parcheggio.
Colazione ottima con molti piatti tipici e fatti direttamente da loro. Chef presente alla colazione è disponibile a cucinare al momento.
Personale attento, disponibile, presente ma senza essere invadente.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Mosaic Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Küche hat uns sehr gut gefallen – das Essen war lecker und frisch. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ein Hotel, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Posizione ottima, posto molto bello, accoglienza eccezionale. Una magnifica terrazza da cui osservare il volo delle mongolfiere, ottima ospitalita', personale gentilissimo e disponibile a consigliare soluzioni per visitare la Cappadocia. Colazione super!!! Cge altro dire? Grazie a Mohamed e tutto il team....spero ci rivedremo presto!

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was excellent with continental and turkish elements. The room was very confirtable and looked like on the photoes.

It’s a really cozy hotel in a great location in Göreme. You can walk everywhere. The staff are really nice. They prepared everything so that I could have a gluten free breakfast, that was really thoughtful of them. They also explained to us all the activities we could do and were very kind. The book the activities for you and help you with airport transfers as well.
The room is comfortable and the hotel has a great view with a terrace to have a coffee or watch the balloons in the morning.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The cave hotel itself was wonderful, but what really made our experience special were Mustafa and his team. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, and were always friendly, helpful and ready to assist with anything we needed.
I would also highly recommend booking Cappadocia tours, transfers and activities through them. They work with excellent local agencies and can arrange everything,, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. We booked through them and were extremely happy with the experience.
A fantastic place with genuinely wonderful people. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno al Mosaic Cave Hotel. Fin dall'organizzazione del viaggio, Mustafa è stato sempre molto disponibile, aiutandoci a prenotare mongolfiera, transfer, green tour e dandoci tanti consigli utili sulla Cappadocia. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di poter organizzare tutto direttamente con l'hotel, a prezzi assolutamente in linea con quelli che avevamo trovato.

La colazione è varia e abbondante, con una bellissima vista su Göreme.

Un ringraziamento anche a Mohamed, sempre gentile e sorridente, che ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti durante tutto il soggiorno.

L’accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff è stata costante durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, dall’organizzazione di un’attività alla preparazione di un çai in un momento di relax. La colazione al mattino è abbondante e varia con salato, dolce e frutta. Super consigliato.

From start to finish, my family's stay at Mosaic Cave Hotel was phenomenal. Ahead of our stay, the management team went above and beyond to help me book the right type of activities for my family (6 adults, a toddler, and a baby) and were incredibly accommodating in helping us feel comfortable while traveling with two small kids. The staff here is amazing, attentive, kind, and incredibly hospitable. We had an early flight the day we checked out, and they insisted on providing us with breakfast sandwiches for the road at 6am. You will not regret booking with them whether you are a family like mine, a couple, friends, etc.
