Mosaic Cave Hotel

We can't thank the Mosaic Cave Hotel team enough! During our stay, balloon flights were canceled for four days in a row because of the weather, but the team never gave up on us. They kept rescheduling our flight, and when Göreme was closed again, they found us an alternative flight in another region. They also carefully coordinated everything so that we could return in time for our airport shuttle, and kept us updated on WhatsApp the whole time with quick and kind replies. Thanks to them, we finally flew on our last morning in Cappadocia, and it became the highlight of our trip. They also helped us with transfers and all our arrangements even after we moved to another hotel. The staff are incredibly warm, professional, and caring. We truly felt like we were in good hands. Highly recommended – we would love to come back someday!

El hotel está en la zona sur de Göreme, muy cerca de la cima de una colina, pero muy cerca del centro a una distancia caminable de todo tipo de servicios, restaurantes, cafés, tiendas de souvenirs y agencias de viaje. Se encuentra dentro del área de recogida de la mayoría de las empresas operadoras de tours, por lo que no hay que preocuparse por la posibilidad de que no te pasen a buscar para tus actividades que tengas planeadas.
Las vistas desde la terraza del hotel, por esto mismo, son espectaculares. Recomiendo aprovechar el autoservicio de té ofrecido en la cocina y tomarse uno (o varios) en la terraza, disfrutando de la vista de la ciudad y de las formaciones rocosas que caracterizan Capadocia.
La habitación es cómoda y relativamente amplia, al igual que el baño, aunque puede ser un poco helada de noche. Hay aire acondicionado en la habitación, lo que salva el ambiente. La estética de cueva de la habitación es muy bonita y acogedora.
El desayuno buffet es muy bueno y variado.

Beautiful view, nice breakfast, comfortable room. Staff is more than expected, they are very helpful and friendly. Moanma is very friendly and you feel very welcome as he always asking if we want tea or coffee when we return to the hotel after the long day.

The hotel help us organize all the activity there, included the hot balloon, green/red tour, horse riding in the evening, etc. You may find something cheaper in the city but with a small different we would prefer they help us to manage all the traveling arrangement rather than uncertain waiting time. The service is beyond the standard, will definitely somewhere you want to return.

Hotel maravilhoso! Confortável, café da manhã delicioso. Staff, sempre atencioso, desde a recepção, cozinha e limpeza. Um agradecimento especial à moça que prepara o café da manhã, a qual separou itens sem glúten e sem lactose para a minha amiga, que tem restrições alimentares. Também agradecemos ao Mohamed, que abriu uma exceção e preparou o café da manhã antes do horário padrão, para que não saíssemos para o aeroporto sem tomar café, já que o voo era cedo.

Nous avons apprécié la grande amabilité de tout le personnel, la propreté des chambres, les grands volumes des chambres, le chauffage car il faisait frais, et la vue depuis la terrasse. Également, l'aide pour organiser des activités.

Le personnel était très agréable et l’emplacement dans le centre de la ville. Le cadre autour de l’hôtel est très joli. Le petit déjeuner était bon.
