Good experience living in the cave. The hotel staff “Muhammad” was very nice and helpful.

El lugar fue muy cómodo y agradable, el desayuno tipo buffet fue muy diverso con muchas opciones que hacían que cada día pudiera ser diferente, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que necesites.

I felt like at home. Everything has been perfect. Münevver has prepared a fantastic breakfast making me tasting the true Turkish coffee (with lukumi ;-)) and thought also to me the Turkish language, Sebiha has kept my room always perfect, Cihan & Muhammed at the Reception gave their best to support me in experiencing the best days in Cappadocia. i couldn't have asked more. Thank you!

The location was perfect, close to the vibrant town centre.
The view from their terrace was stunning.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Calm place and hospitality

Amazing rooms! Great location. Quieter than down in the main area of Goreme. Staff were so helpful. They could not have done more for us. Aytekin was extremely helpful. Münevver made brilliant breakfasts.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and Munevver, the woman in charge of breakfast when we were there was friendly and helpful.

Personnel très sympathique et respectueux

We had such a good stay at Mosaic Cave and would suggest it to others. It is in a great part Göreme with a bit of everything walking distance. Mustafa and his wife + staff were amazing during our three day stay. The hotel is very nice and peaceful with a terrace overlooking the area.

What stood out most was their genuine willingness to help. Whether it was arranging transportation, giving local recommendations, helping with language translation, or even assisting in our guided tours. Their kindness and professionalism were truly exceptional.

We arrived early and we were able to have breakfast and check in a bit early. They helped in coordinating & planning our nightly plans with relevant local events. We booked our private guided trip with them as well and it was a huge help for maximum site seeing. Prices were accurate and matched the market.

Location was excellent. Staff was outstanding. This was somewhat of a last minute trip with limited time. They assisted with booking us both a group tour(red) and private(green); Turkish night, camel ride and our ride to and from the airport. It was a last minute ask and they far surpassed our expectations. The room was completely spotless! New AC/heat and was very comfortable. Would stay again!

Hôtel superbe, avec une vue magnifique sur göreme. Depuis les nombreuses terrasses de l’hôtel nous pouvons voir les montgolfières au lever du soleil. Nous sommes également très bien placés, à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Tout le personnel est très agréable et de bon conseil. Je recommande vivement.

Séjour de 4 nuits en décembre bien passé. Nous avons eu un upgrade gratuit nous avons eu une suite. Les personnels sont très gentils et accueillant, le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varier, vous avez du sucré et du salé. Chambre très agréable et spacieuse.
