このホテルには３日間滞在し、予約を２つに分けていたので、こちらでは別のポイント（日の出、バルーンウォッチ）でレビューします。
ホテルの裏山のビューポイントから見た雄大な景色、飛び立つバルーンの様子は素晴らしくとても印象に残りました。
このビューポイントはホテルのMohammedさんから教えてもらいました。日の出（日の出の時間はネットで調べて下さい）の５０分くらい前にホテルを出発して徒歩でゆっくり登るのが良いようです。ポイントまでは１５分くらいです。バルーンは日の出の４０分くらい前に飛び立ち始めるようです。バルーンが飛んでいる時間は日の出直後まででしたので遅れないように気をつけるのがよいと思います。最初は、Göreme view point、少し眺めたら少し右手に移動しCampa A. A.ポイント、その後、さらに右手のCopadoccia lookout - goreme mobile towerポイントに移動するのがベストだとか思います（それぞれのポイントはGoogleMapで場所が表示されますので確認して下さい）。ビューポイントとして有名な有料（３０リラ）のラヴァーズ ヒルにも行きましたが、個人的にはこちらの方が何倍も素晴しいかったです。このホテルに宿泊するか、近くの別のホテルに宿泊した場合は行かれるのがお勧めです。出発時刻を含めて丁寧に教えてくれたMohammedさん、ありがとうございました。とても素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。（Thanks,Mr. Mohammed）

The Mosaic Hotel was fantastic! The location is superb with a beautiful view of the Goreme Valleys. The staff was also incredibly kind and accommodating and helped us with all of our questions. Could not recommend this hotel more!

対応が丁寧で親切だった。深夜のバスの時間まで滞在させてくれてケーキとお茶、ジュースをご馳走してもらった。アクティビティを依頼したら対応がすごい早かった。

Beautiful family room! Inside a cave! Beautiful staff, they helped negotiate amazing prices for the balloons, and excellent breakfast! In terms of value for money it was 10/10.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a truly personalized touch. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. They greeted us warmly, offered coffee and Turkish tea, and handled all of our luggage seamlessly while we got settled into the room.

The level of service really stood out. When our hot air balloon ride was canceled, the team immediately stepped in and helped us reorganize our plans. They put together a customized itinerary and arranged private tours on short notice, which made a huge difference in our experience.

The guide they provided was excellent very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely engaging. He explained everything clearly and took us to some incredible spots we likely wouldn’t have found on our own. The driver was also top tier: smooth, cautious, and professional throughout. His Mercedes-Benz luxury van had a mini fridge with water and snacks at the ready, many charging spots and a table.

Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet was delicious, the staff was very attentive to our requests, and there was always fresh coffee ready. On top of that, the breakfast views overlooking the caves and rock formations were absolutely beautiful.

The cave room itself was exactly as advertised, clean, well maintained, warm, and kept at a perfect temperature. Great ambiance and overall vibe.

The property also had a couple of very friendly and cute neighborhood cats that would come and hang out nearby while you ate. They didn’t harass or beg, just patiently waited for a treat. Very well behaved, friendly, and honestly a nice touch. They would also keep their distance if you didn’t want them around. Cats were no problem at all <3

They were also extremely flexible and helpful with everything: checkout, restaurant recommendations, tours, bookings, and even calling taxis. Quick problem solvers and genuinely great hosts.

10/10 would recommend, and I would absolutely come back

Very beautiful place in Goreme, employees are very nice, they always ask you if everything is ok, breakfast is also very good, I really recommend it.

カッパドキアでの宿泊は初めてであり、他のホテルと比較したわけではありませんが、一般的な日本人の感覚としては、何の不満の無いとても良いレベルのホテルだと感じました。
加えて、スタッフの方は、とても親切で礼儀正しく、トータルで安心感のある快適な滞在となりました。ホテルに求める条件は、それぞれの人にそれぞれ価値観があると思いますが、不慣れな土地での滞在ですので、何より滞在期間中安心して過ごせるのが一番だと思います。その点でこのホテルはお勧めできるホテルだと感じました。
朝食は７時半からですが、時間前でも準備が整えば利用させてもらえました。時間前でもチャイはいただけるので、チャイを飲みながらテラスで過ごすのも心地よい時間となると思います。

Our stay at Mosaic Cave Hotel was truly an unforgettable experience! We would especially like to highlight Mustafa, who fulfilled our every wish and made us feel right at home. His kindness and dedication to guests are truly outstanding.

We also couldn’t imagine our mornings without the perfect Turkish coffee prepared by Mehmed – a little ritual that made each day even more special.

The hotel’s ambiance is unique, authentic, and beautifully designed, and the service exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay!

Muy buen hotel con vistas increíbles. En la recepción Cihan y Muhammed increíbles super atentos y el desayuno y atención de Munnever con sus panqueques!!! . Camas cómodas y calefacción perfecta. Todos muy amables

Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbater en personeel.Heel hygiënisch hotel met een lekker uitgebreid ontbijt.De lighing was uitstekend.Binnen 10 ‘ wandelen ben he in het centrum.

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et à vos petits soins ! Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose il vous le fournissent rapidement. Ils parlent également très bien l’anglais. En ce qui concerne notre chambre, nous avions pris avec une baignoire spa, elle était vraiment très propre ! Pendant notre séjour, nous avons fait trois hôtels différents dont certains plus chers, et c’est la seule baignoire Spa qui était vraiment très bien nettoyée. La douche également la grille d’évacuation était soulevée et tout avait été récuré. Des bouteilles d’eau sont mises à disposition sans compter.
Merci Mohamed et son collègue dont nous n’avons pas le nom, ces deux monsieur de l’accueil ont été vraiment super ! Je recommande cet hôtel.
