Important information:

A £100 pre-authorisation per room is required at check-in on your card.

Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorisation will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank.

Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.

Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.

Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.

Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.

To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team.

Dogs up to 60cm are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Not the best
Pros:

Property is central location and literally a 3 minutes walk away from east Croydon train station. Easy check in.

Cons:

There was an awful smell in the bathroom. Lots of shouting during the night and in the morning - guests that evening certainly didn’t have any respect for those trying to sleep. Put a hair dryer in every room. Beds are like sleeping on rocks!

Easy hotel Croydon
Pros:

The room was clean , the bed was really comfortable, it was quiet and we slept really well . The hotel was near the train station . The staff were friendly and helpful . I would definitely stay here again .

Cons:

It would of been nice to have a table and chairs and maybe a kettle , but it's not a deal breaker and would stay again .

Nothing. They are just thieves.

Cons:

We booked the wrong date by accident. I called immediately and was denied a refund. We never even stayed there. Awful business practices.

Pros:

All I wanted was a quiet room and a comfy bed and I got both. I've heard some easyHotel rooms don't have windows but this one does. Everything was spotlessly clean.
