A £100 pre-authorization per room is required at check-in on your card.

Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank.

Hotel Croydon is currently being renovated.

We’re still open, but there could be building work taking place in parts of the hotel between 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.

Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.

Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.

Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.

To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team.

Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Location was good for me as I need to up early

The lift needs updating the flooring didn't make u feel warm if it was carpet it would feel more warm. Wouldn't stay more than a night

Overall, if not deluxe, it was a great stay!

I stayed there for 3 nights. It was excellent for the lone traveller. Very central location.
Pros:

Friendly welcoming staff. Very inobtrusive and could come and go without a fuss. Sainsbury's local opposite the hotel.

Cons:

It suited all my needs so nothing to dislike.

Pros:

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, a 2 minutos andando de la parada del tren y estás en el centro de Londres en unos 20 minutos y además antes de la estación o sea a 1 minuto, tienes unos sainsbury, que para pillar algo de cena o demás está genial.
El personal súper agradable, nos dieron todo lo q les pedimos, subieron a mirar la tele y el aire, por ellos estupendo.

Cons:

Bueno la habitación es muy pequeña, sin armarios ni una mesita, no había una separación de ducha e inodoro, una cortina, sin enchufes en el baño, unas almohadas de papel, si puedes pide más y bueno el tema de q si vas como nosotros una semana, pues no tienes limpieza gratis por lo que te quedas con todos lleno de mierda y por último pues que le falta una mesa aunque sea, ya q nosotros ya optamos por comer en el suelo.
