Important information:

A £100 pre-authorization per room is required at check-in on your card.

Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank.

Hotel Croydon is currently being renovated.

We’re still open, but there could be building work taking place in parts of the hotel between 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.

Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.

Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.

Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.

To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team.

Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great location, clean but had faults
Pros:

Its location, close to railway station

Cons:

None of the power sockets worked so couldn’t charge anything.
Light from AC unit is very bright and I couldn’t switch it off.
There was a faint TV/Radio sound that was audible throughout the night.

Comfortable, clean , great value for money.
Pros:

It is very close to Croydon train station with good transport links. It was clean and the bed was comfy. It was good value for money.

Cons:

I liked everything. I would stay again for a work or business trip or a quick stop over.
