Not enough pillows- only had 1 pillow which was really hard.
Not enough plugs in room and bed could of been placed in the middle of room so each person could get out of bed or have a bedside shelf

There was no any basic things in that room

Don't have even a small table or chair to put the bag, purse.

From the moment we arrived, nothing about this stay felt easy. The receptionist, who identified himself as "Pavan" (although he wasn't wearing a name badge or any form of ID), was impolite and difficult to understand due to unclear English. There was no friendly greeting, just an abrupt request for identification from both me and my 16-year-old son, which immediately made us feel unwelcome.

I had booked two rooms for just one night because we had an early morning appointment. We only needed somewhere comfortable to sleep, but the rooms were unbelievably basic. There wasn't even a chair to put a bag on, no carpet or rug, just what looked like vinyl flooring. The only positive I can mention is that the room appeared clean.

What really shocked me was the complete lack of basic amenities. There wasn't even a kettle to make a cup of tea. We asked for some hot water in a bottle and were told this costed £1. In this day and age, it's hard to believe a hotel room could be so stripped back. It felt more like a bare box than a hotel room.

If you're travelling with more than a small bag, be prepared for a struggle. There's nowhere convenient to stop when unloading luggage, and while there's paid parking, it's around a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is opposite a bus station, so it may suit people arriving by public transport, but it's far from convenient if you're driving.

Had this booking been refundable, I would have taken my family elsewhere. Unfortunately, it was a last-minute reservation, so our money was already committed.

Yes, it may be a few pounds cheaper than other hotels, but in my opinion, it simply isn't worth the saving. Our family spent less than 12 hours there, yet the entire experience was stressful from start to finish.

The staff (Pavan) harassed and bullied my daughter. In fact, I find this type of behaviour always comes from a racist mindset attitude.. Day one, when I checked in I told the staff that my daughter was coming the following day. The room was booked for 2 adults. The following day I had to go out and I reminded the staff to expect my daughter and I asked for some extra towels. Later, in the evening I got a call from my daughter who was very upset. Pavan wouldn't allow her to access the room. During the telephone conversation with my daughter I could hear Pavan in the background raising his voice and being very difficult to communicate with, aggressive, not very hospitable ... He said nothing was handed over to him but that was a reflection on the staff and nothing to do with me or my daughter. Very poor customer service displayed by the staff and lack of communication. Plus the furniture in the room was very limited no table to put your bags. The bathroom floods when you shower.

Nothing bad to say.

Room was tiny and awkwardly shaped. Bed was jammed against the wall so you can only come out on one side. No tea or coffee making facilities, bathroom was small like an air cabin toilet. No water in the rooms. No closet to hang clothes and it was expensive.

Rest room

La ducha está en el mismo nivel que el WC lo cuál es antihigiénico. Cando te duchas el lavabo se inunda porque el desagüe de la dicha no funciona y es asqueroso.
La habitación es muy pequeña, no cabe ni una maleta abierta. A unos metros puedes encontrar el hotel Leonardo, un poquito más caro pero es un hotel de lujo y vale la pena pagar 10 libras más
