Perfect location for shops , sight seeing and amenities, friendly staff , great rooms
Pros:

Best location near osaka train station and food outlets , first time in Japan and highly rate this area

Cons:

Depends on expectation, I had none , knew it would be good but was better than imagined

Pros:

中崎駅に近い。
朝食はスウィーツまであり、充実していました。ヘルシーな鍋まであった。
近くに行列ができるケーキ屋さんがあった。
セブンイレブンやライフもすぐ近くにある。
飲食店街も少し歩いた所にある。
天満の飲食店街も歩いて12分くらいで行ける。

Cons:

部屋のバスルームに入ると使用済みな感じのタオルが洗面台に置いてあった。
エコで（2泊）タオルは基本交換しないとのことだった。冬（宿泊は2月）はいいが、夏は交換してほしいかな。
フロントで駐車場の案内をしてもらえた。
が、空いているところがなく周辺をぐるぐる車で回らないといけなくなり（一通多い）なかなか止められる所が見つけられなかった。

Die Lage ist gut, das Hotelpersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett komfortabel.

Cons:

Der Schnitt es Zimmers ist nicht gut. Keine Haken zum aufhängen. Keine Ablage für Wäsche. Zimmer sehr klein.

A great reasonably priced modest hotel.
Pros:

Reasonable priced hotel in a good location. Friendly staff and was great for a quick two night stop.

Cons:

Our original room smelt, but after alerting staff we were quickly moved to a new room with no hassle.
