Not for next time. Not worth at all paying 225 for a room.
Pros:

Location as it’s near to beach

Cons:

Very noisy in nights, not enough facilities like simple fan in summer not there and was asked to open window.
Smelly toilet and towels.
Owner was fighting with old aged customer and pushed him out of place. People found saying bad about this hotel .
I booked it as it says free parking but in the name of parking only 3 bays are there. I think parking option should not be there at all while booking as it confuses.
Its kinda B&B not a 3 star hotel.

Chose accommodation for its location
Pros:

Gentleman on check in was very friendly and location was perfect

Cons:

Was very tired
Broken tile in bathroom could be an issue if not careful
No toilet roll when we checked in , looked surprised when asked for some.
No fans in room, was extremely hot

Room was spacious.

Cons:

We were given 3 tea bags for 3 of us. When we asked for more when we returned from a very busy day, staff declined to get more. Bed was hard and springs stuck in my back. Curtains didn't close properly so the morning light shone in very early.

Pros:

The location was very noisy, we couldn't sleep due to the heat, no fan ,no ac nothing . One of the staff opened the door without knocking.

Pros:

Very close to the beach! A classic ‘old pub/inn’ experience. Very nice staff. Clean and bathroom good.

Cons:

No aircon and not even a fan. We were staying during a warm spell, so it was a bit uncomfortable overnight. Bed springs felt via mattress, could have improved? Noisy on a Saturday night (bring ear plugs) but all good on Sunday night.

Not the hotels fault, but noise outside till late. It's what you get anywhere near a popular area
