Pros:

Location and proximity to the local shop and beach. I booked family room so was spacious and family bathroom was very good size. Host was very lovely.

Cons:

The room originally allocated was clean and large but we had to move to different room and that was not so clean and needed doing up and fixing before given to guests.

“I believe this kind of hotel should not even be listed on Booking.com.”

We would return!
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff. The owner regularly checked in with us. The shower room was really lovely! Beds were super comfy. We could bring our dog.

Cons:

Carpet in bar, but it didn’t both us as the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

When we arrived we were told that the room is not available and we don't have room.
Pros:

Did not stay at the property because the owner double-booked. When we arrived, they said we didn’t have our room. They said that the booking did not come through, and the booking is not confirmed but on booking.com it’s
Confirmed. We looked for another hotel to stay. It’s not a good experience, when your booking was confirmed and arrived at the hotel and they told you that the room is not available anymore.

Great stay
Pros:

We stayed one night at the hop inn...it was very welcoming and friendly...the room we had was clean and comfortable and very spacious...we had a great night's sleep!....we had the breakfast in the morning which was nice and freshly cooked....all the staff were great and happy to help with anything....would definitely stay there again....

Cons:

Only complaint would be the curtain in our room needed to be hooked up a bit more

good value for money but below basic service
Pros:

few options of triple room in bournemouth , good location, next to a grocery store

Cons:

noisy at night, no housekeeper during the day to ask help from, broken shower door, only 3 parking spaces which were full and hard to find a parking space nearby

Nick made a tiring night not only bearable, but enjoyable!
Pros:

Nick was amazing. He stayed late so that we could check in, and ensured that we were settled before he left. (He also carried our luggage upstairs for us which was no mean feat. He was amazing. He helped me find a parking space as well.

Cons:

My requests hadn't been looked at - the email wasn't read correctly by whoever deals with them. The morning staff were no really helpful.
